How many Tamils are there in that team ? Ofcourse the team selected isn't the best one.But it is far better for your perception of the team.Learn from your young cricket team, they are looking for merit and not being racist, it is defnitely one of the reason for the recent turn arounds.Dhoni asking for Murali Karthik in the playing X1, backing up Gambhir after yesterdays match are all proven examples of these.None of these players are related to him in any way.Ofcourse we do have our racial and narrow minded selectors and selection system.Its effect is mitigated by meritorious and sensible decions.So please wake up and give some sense to your thoughts, it will do a world of good for you and for the society

ifeel that Dhoni doesnt deserve captaincy in the test team. actually dinesh karthik is a better wicket keeper and real quality batsman unlike dhoni who doesnot have class. just dhoni is thriving on his good luck. his capataincy is also not clever and now he is depending on his luck. either bring back DRAVID as test captain or Ganguly/vvs laxman- no other choice.

I agree to a certain extent. I am not sure about Dhoni riding on luck.....he does have talent, no doubt about that.
But as you say Ganguly or VVS can be good choices. VVS though seems to be having a poor run at the domestic circuit....so not sure whether the selectors will consider him!
Playing in Aus can be real tough and a seasoned campainger like Ganguly would be a better bet I think. Pawar I am sure will not let that happen though!
Ultimately, Indian cricket is mostly about politics and money...not much on merit/experience!
