nice team ...good bangal team... but check out the ranji champs this year... nobody can beat mumbai... bengals are no where... hey where is dalmiya... is he a water boy...
In his last 11 innings( After his comeback ) he scored 8 very well played half centuries , one 48 and 2 bad innings.....why indians won't welcome him ??

YOU NAILED IT Jayant, to add to that most of it came in Indian sub-continent pitches (where every one is a batsman) - he is a poor runner (ofcourse for his parnter's run; he'll run his runs fast)..lousy fielder & highly political..we don't need him!

how about his fielding and running between the wickets. over all contribution to team was useless.

Which may be because the rest of India will not think beyond being anti-Bengali. We are the Jews of India.
Because he did his job, in the last 11 matches that he has played, he has scored over 50 with a strike rate of 82.48..his only failure against Vaas, when Murli took a great catch.....Dada did not throw his wicket away.Dada was undone by a great catch.....compare him to others, using the Dravid/Chappell mantra of consistency and performance. India lost as they could not defend 191 against Bangladesh, due to Rahul being unable to bring in the spinners early and in TANDEM. Against SLanka, due to Shewag,Tendulkar,Dhonee,Dravid,Yuvraj doing batting suicide. Dravid scored but he was scoring because he was playing in suicide mode as there were no batsmen left...in normal circumstances he would have scored a 14 or a 18 in 40balls and would have been lbw...like he played 28 balls for 14 against Bangladesh and padded astright innocuous ball.

Hi Dithu, Which ever state you are from and who ever is your mother and father, it ultimately means that you are loser, and a dirty loser at tht.Nothing can be done about you.

Dude, just totally amazed you could put a sentence together. You are finally seeing progress - maybe the Bengali proximity to Bangladesh is helping out after all. Now if you could also get a lobotomy..the possibilities would be endless

Two edges of the same blade. They can always stab you in the back with this intense love that can turn into hatred. Nobody wants this kind of love.

no Seenu, no. After horrible performance of "Team Chappel" or "Team Dravid", one of the hopes is Dada. The people of India (who believes on Dada's ability) still thinks that only he can boost up the fire in "Team India" as he did in the past. And yes, to the bengalis, Sourav is not just a name of a great cricketer, he is a Icon, a symbol of comeback, a symbol of determination, symbol of fight. You agree or not, he is a kind of a lead who can make a difference.

what ever.... i would blame sourav too ... it doesnt matte for a comeback.. if you are putting a team effort in winning any match... it doesnt matter if you score in domestic cricket...and make it team india...
