Are you still prefering him compare to young players like yuvraj or Kaif who can lead and can take the team to new heights?
Forget these Dada's or Jammy's or Viru's or Tendlya's hope we'll get young captain and aggressive and zeal to perform and motivate the players.

Just try yourself Mr. Bali & have a taste of International Creases in the form of an Opener for India's side.

spare us the propaganda.a few months ago, when Chappell`s all-young policy backfired,u ppl were shouting bring back the seniors, and now u r saying throw them out! the team needs a coach who can teach them how to use a bat and a ball on foreign pitches.

Yes, he should become caption. Atleast bangaldesh should win a series. For that Ganguly will be a best caption.

no doubt about it is tht he is the best one-day captain of india. But dfntly he is not the best batsman in india .He is way behind tendulkar .Dravid's techniques r also bettr thn him.But these 2 doesnt hv the killing instinct like our dada
hey guys ganguly hav prove himself, that he deserve a place in team so after allthe criticisms there was a need that he prove himself for himself first so this what he done, but at the same time he played like a wall but other player throw their wicket cause they had nothing to prove,,, so whatever u'll say self respect come first then others, because these were the same people criticized that he will never represent the country, and after some time everybody will forget even who ganguly was but then he will be proud that he once fight back, coz jho zeeta vohi shikandhar,, cheeers

Look at gangulyz performance in the "CRUTIAL" match against Sri Lanka. Calcutta crowd should commit suicide for the crime of welcomming ganguly

Remember, in our match against bangladesh, when dravid asked ganguly to come to slips,he coveniently stayed for one ball and shouted at Sachin to come to slips and ran away to fine leg. This is his commiment for his mother land
What does Kumble do when he is on the field. The ball just runs through his legs or hands to the boundary. Oh, that is of course commitment for you. Isnt it?

neha, kumble or ganguly, spade is a spade, dont say i stole 10rs but the other guy stole 20rs. kumble or ganguly justice is same. if u r not fr indian cause go to hell. comment neha
I think you might be a novice in watching crickent and not knowing its history.
Remember all the records Ganguly has made. And yes, he never made it for himself. He played for the team. He has always looked to take Team India to the highest levels; and he has coined the name Team India. Just remember the Natwest Series final-Ganguly 60 runs 45 balls, Pakistan in Australia-124 runs in 116 balls. And also remember all the Pakistan series in Toronto.
These are just 2 instances. He has done most of his wonderful performances in winning causes. If that is not commitment, then what is?

and you must be illegal bangladeshi, or if indian bengali than that kind of bengali whose only concern is that ganguly should make run even if he makes it in selfish way slower way leading to defeat, i think you bengali eat fish but fish has more brain than you people

Me Bihari, U bengali ! Pandey, can you people rise above this nonsense ? Aren't we discussing cricket here ? And if you think Ganguly played badly in the World Cup, you seem to know nothing about cricket.
RE:celebrations

Anil, Bengal produced more freedom fighters than rest of India put together. Your irrelevant post taking a dig at Bengal is in bad taste and displays your culture and poor upbringing. Please refrain from such nonsensical messages and don't display your uncouthness so shamelessly. Stick to cricket when it is cricket. No one is happy with India's poor show. Ganguly received a warm welcome because he was one glitter of hope in the otherwise dark cloud that encompassed us through the campaign. He still has some cricket left in him. Lets hope for India's sake that he is put back in the saddle and asked to help India come out from the dumps. Remember, he led India to its most successful WC campaign after Kapil. And, yes, I am not a Bengali.

so whole nation should be sad also because pakistan(former part of india) is out and they have killed their coach...
Ganguly has proved that he is better than any other player in the Indian team.He played very courageously in all matches. He should serve the Indian team atleast for next two more years, as a player, not as captain...Captaincy will be burden for him and with that tension, he will be always out for below 10 Runs...as a player, we can always expect 60-70 plus from him.

now he should not play in india team because in that team he only plays all the balls and donot want to give strikes to others. let make him captain of bengal team or bangladesh team.
