Mr Avinash Iyer dont get over excited as the whole stats were of OVERSEAS TEST SERIES not of those series played at home.I hope india will win this test match. In two series above mentioned(vs SL & WI) Sachin was not playing due to injury.

One series missing

Hi,

The epic series against Aussies in 2001 doesn't seem to figure in this list. The Chennai test was the decider after Aussies won the Mumbai test and Indians the Calcutta test.

Its amazing that THAT test series was missed in the report.I believe that was the series which changed the outlook of indian cricket and eventually led to test victories in Pakistan, Westindies and even australia in 2003-2004

If u noticed in the article (rather than the heading itself) it says overseas series. Hence I believe the epic battle of 2001 was not listed.
