Sewagh fails again
by N Venugopal on Feb 14, 2007 03:45 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It as Drawid saying "one more world cup then then you see the match winner in Sewagh". Dravid is putting his captancy on stack with Sewagh's batting. He may be warming the bench in West Indies, as a replacement for either possible injured player like Uthapa or Ganguly

well it's too dangerous to put Dravid so down.
He is not hard hitter of ball, he might create problem while chasing [last match???].

Dhoni should bat in top order with sehwag. You all will watch Sehwag and Dhoni firing in WC.

I will put my money on sehwag and dhoni.

Indian cricket Team By Manas ranjan Jena , New delhi
by manas jena on Feb 14, 2007 03:43 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Greg guru / Rahul

Presently this indian team lacking in one thing i.e Self confidence & spirit of Match winning .
Players must have the mental confidence to win matches at any circumstances as the aussi have.

In last Srilanka match, the way team loss seems lack of co-ordination & no proper message communication ??
Whether player selection is concerned Utthappa & Gautam gambhir given chances ahead of Sehwag & Yuvraj, bcoz % of failure is less in case of the above two.Yuvi a very good player , but lack of Match practice - we can't accept such type of failure in World Cup.

Sehwag
by nawaz mohd on Feb 14, 2007 03:41 PM  Permalink

guy

give the indian selectors a thing which can look in the past, they need it really badly

atleast that would reverse the selection, drop sehwag from WC Squad and replace him with Powar,. poor chap need some more rest to play cricket.

No value for performance in India
by A MUKHOPADHYAY on Feb 14, 2007 03:39 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

In the recently completed Ranji Trophy tournanent Ranadeb Bose with his 60 wickets was declarred cricketer of the year and Tiwari with 800 runs was declarred Batsman of the year. But the bunch of jokers did not find a place for them and packed the team with same old failed players. If performance has got no value then stop the Ranji & other domestic matches.
