Even Ravi Shastri seems to have misgivings about Tendulkar and has suggested he bat down the order.Suddenly we find that without the Sehwag acceleration at the top runs are hard to find.No boundary hits,no singles.Both Tendulkar and Ganguly have to switch on if they can or make way for Uthappa,Rohit Sharma.I don't set much store by Gambhir scoring runs at this level.

We should tell Uthappa that for the next 6 games what ever be the result he will play and surely he will perform much beyond our expectations

Tendulkar has taken his place for granted in the team. With Vengsarkar as the chief selector and Sharad Pawar as BCCI chief, he can still stay in the team with all the flops.
In the test matches he played so slowly and struggled against swing of anderson and sidebootom. Then Tendulkar had told that he was countering the swing adn hence did not look for boundaries adn could not score fast. Everyone praised Tendulkar saying he can adapt so well( in fact he was struggling). He has stood exposed in the one-dayers. How he is going to justify now.

he was man of the series in the last one day series against south africa...wht reasons can u find for him to leave the team...wht crap u ppl r..!!!

Tell me before the south Africa series when he did he perform well. He performs in one series and flops in the next five. I was a great fan on tendlya. But his cricket has deteriorated from 2003. Its a fact

oh so mr adarsh you know more than cricketers themselves. i think you are amongst those indians who do not appreciate their fellow citizens but instead like to find faults, criticize and ridicule others.
tendulkar, dravid, ganguly and agarkar are pue baggaes we are carrying. these are the guys cant bowl cant bat and definetely cant field but they want to do evrything. dravid has an added quality cant captain

well said my friend. tell me one thing. is there any one else in the team who can replace these baggages? its very easy to criticize. find a solution. you are saying sachin, dravid and ganguly cant bat, bowl and field then what were they doing all these years in the team. and by the way the only reason you are complaining is because how much ever you criticize them, even at the back of your mind you always want these players to deliver. even today you want to see sachin or dravid or ganguly hit a century. why cant you be honest to yourself. do think about it.

Super Sunny. The guys like drphalaksh do not have the guts nor the balls to stand on the cricket pitch and face a leather ball at 150 kms per hour. They just want to talk and be heard. Sachin in his 375 odd ODIs has won 54 man of the match awards which no other cricketer has won. This means that he has won this award almost every 7th match. Leave alone his other contributions when some other player has contributed. If Sachin and the others are a baggage then phalaksh is even worse a baggage on this Earth.
One view is that this is just one ODI,so why be so worked up.Another view is that this is a continuing sad story requiring corrective action.Maybe we can watch the remaining ODI's before reaching conclusions.But a series has to be won and not lost.Some changes are to be made.Uthappa to come in place of Gambhir.He does not click at this level repeatedly.Munaf to replace Agarkar.Powar to replace Piyush.Nurture Piyush to replace Kumble in Tests.Try this for the next game.Tell Yuvraj to play sensibly and Ganguly to run.If Dhoni still has trouble,let Karthik keep wickets and try Rohit Sharma who can also bowl a bit.No point in drifting anymore as the malaise is deep rooted as summed up in the article.Some decisions have to be take.Should Sachin be protected at number 4,sending Uthappa up?
if u watch closely u will know who is running the team dravid is basically a puppet of tendulkar. but poor guy has no brain apart from batting. he cannot even inspire a well trained dog. i m just wondering how is he still continuing as a captain after the disastrous world cup?

bravo.., we lost just one match in the series.., just watch man we are going to win this series too .., instead of commenting just support the team .., if we can't do that nobody won't..,
This is soo typical of us indians . Yes we lost but does any one consider that half the team is new in england at the moment .
Moreover agreed we are not great runners & our feilding is quite bad to say the least . However the kind of remarks are bizzare especially after india won the test series
Give these guys a break for crying out loud what do you people expect from them . No wonder people are moving over to ICL .
