Are we living in Democratic Country, WHO are BCCI not compel a person represent INDIA. Is there any norm, People play from childwood in streets does that mean then even they can't play. BCCI please stop ur nuisance. Just make cricket be first for all... Y u r worried about ICL make matches against them and build competition rather giving wasteful thoughts.

What good has BCCI done? Inspite of being the richest cricket board in the world, the cricket stadiums and other infrastructure is pathetic over here.At least players will earn in ICL whereas in BCCI its the corrupt office bearers who mint all the money.Moreover BCCI is not a government body (it is registered as a private entity)

how can you say its a right decision!!!!.....What is the contribution from BCCI for the upliftment of domestic cricket except milking money???.......I think ICL is doing a good job by by promoting these domestic players who still posses a lot of talent by allowing them to play with some of the senior players.....its a bad decision anyways!!!!!

Jai ho BCCI kee.. i don't know why they feel that they represent Indian Cricket.. its more like mumbaikars cricket association. If BCCI would have been clear in their deeds and would have had given fair chance to everyone, these things won't have arose or taken this shape.
BCCI people want to see good cricket. If barring players to play for country n international cricket will help it, i doubt. People will start looking league cricket more, the way people watch soccer league championships more.
Hope this Maharashtrian lobby of cricket get some brains.

I feel this move of BCCI to sack all players/people who align with ICL is more out of fear of losing 'money' than anything else. Till now they had no threat to their money (BCCI is the richest cricket board). Now that there is some competition, they are trembling and hence these measures. As an Indian cricket fan, I hope ICL succeeds and gives BCCI a tough competition. At least, let's expect to see more 'quality' cricket more often.

The statement is quite demeaning. Kapil Dev is the only captain in this country who has won the world cup for us. All through his career he has given more than 100%. I guess he deserves a little more respect.
