remove virender shewag, irfan pattan, suresh raina, dinesh mongia and replace them with sourav gaguly, vvs laxman, zahir khan, anil kumble or ashish nehra. suresh raina playing for self, shewag and pattan lost the form, mongia doesn't deserve the place in the team.
1. Drop Greg Chappel from the position of a "Dictator" for he is not a coach anymore. He is a fullproof Dictator with evil intentions. Mind my words , the only team that matched Australia in the last World Cup was India. Please keep in mind that Mr. Chappel does not want India as a challenger to Australia in the World Cup 2007. He has come to India with a purpose and he is getting success in that !
2. Drop Dravid from Captaincy. He is a good "Crickter" and he loves his "batting". He lacks leadership skills !!
3. Bring Sourav Ganguly as a Captain since he is a "Born Leader" and he does not listen to the tantrums of any "Dictator". He also knows the art of the trade - when to pump his players and when to prick them! Do not forget that there were fantastic captains who were not very good in creating World records in batting or bowling ( Mike Brearly, Clive Lloyd ). But Ganguly has both qualities in him!!

Hi, Our players just play games with no logic. Cricket is just a logic. plan how the ball comes, how to play and if played where it can go. How the bowler bowls, how to hit it and if hit what happens? The same research is done by Australians, Newzealanders, SA. McGrath & B Lee can take Tendulkars wicket very easy which was difficult for them for the last few years. They know how to restrict him from runs & how he plays. Every time against Ausies his wicket will be to Gillcrist on the same ball. This he has to learn to how to play such balls in different style. Also others. Our bowlers bowl to take wickets thinking that they will be in the world top bowlers list. Teach them to bowl first to restrict runs by bowling on to middle stump & line & length. If runs are restricted wickets come automatically. Teach them how each player who's wicket is very important to win, plays and how to take him. This logic has to be taught to each players. They go to play with the aim at high runs or more wickets. First teach them how to play with logic first. The first time player will play better than all as his play will not be know to other team. Just the logic.
Our Team has a fear of losing when playing with teams like australia and westindies. First they should get rid off that fear. They should treat them like other teams. They should approach the game positively. Sachin and sehwag should play their natural game whatever the conditions are. Our bowling is always below average in important matches. They should learn to do well in important matches.
