For god sake stop worrying about world cup. Building a team for world cup for last 2 years is use less and experimenting on the name of youth is utter non-sense.
Tell me name of any team which has won the world cup with young and inexperienced team. There is no fun in loosing all the tournaments for the sake of building team for WC I would rather prefer winning all these matches and loose WC. What the hell WC will give us. Forget blaming coach it is up to the individuals to perform at the ground on the D-day not the coach. He can only guide you and I can assure no coach will pass on wrong advice. Team has to get his basics right and deliver to its potential.
Strategy: When things are not going your way make small targets and try to achieve them.
Batsmen: Target 100 runs in 15 overs (dont think of 300 from first over)
Consolidate from then onwards.
Bowlers: Pl bowl steady line follow McGrath and his consistency.
Why cant you use Yorkers in initial overs rather than only slog overs

His constant experimentation has lead to the sorry state of affairs in the team..His constant changes to the composition of the team have resulted in key players like Virender Sehwag, Irfan Pathan and Mohammad Kaif performing poorly..His unwanted comments like "The West Indies have forgotten how to win" are not helping either.
1. Throw players away who are not on form. 2. If some body does not succed in 10 one-days or 4 tests then he should be out of the team. 3. No one is permanent 4. There should be less tournaments and more camps. 5. There should be practicew on all sorts of pitches for bowlers and batsmen. 6. Selectors should watch domestic matches and recognise talent, not just look at records. 7. There should only be 5 regional teams, no seperate state teams in Ranji. 8. Media should not criticise players or coach for every loss or push them through the roof for one win.
In my opinion winning world cup will never be fulfilled. I mean look at the kind of fight they give!! The recent matches are a big disgrace to India let alone the players. The match between Ind-Aus was over before the first ball was bowled. We dont have the killer instinct and our indian players like to be in the comfort zone. This is how I visualize the dressing room conversation before the match begun Australian Dressing room:- Ponting: Guys, If we bowl first allow India to score atleast 250 runs so that we can get good batting practise and if we Bat first the bowlers should see to that we bowl atleast 45 overs before getting India all out

This is the kind of attitude shown by our team. I mean how long are we going to have a young side and keep saying we are grooming the youngsters. What happened to Zaheer's, Nehra's, Balaji's who were the strike bowlers 2 years back. I think there are way too many plans and experiements. My take is that players are not liking the way Greg is coaching the team. He must be dicating terms too much against their style. I think players have lost their enthusiams to win.
Most of you people have no idea about cricket and start talking shit about it. Please stop watching it and then giving crap and brainless comments about selection. That alone will ensure that sanity returns to Indian cricket. This goes for the media(useless chatterbox news channels) and hype-monger internet portals too.
Select team on basis of current form of the players.In form players to be selected on basis of matches held between Green, Red and Blue teams.Select the best from the three.Give oppurtunity to young aggressive players who are in best of form.Give oppurtunities for tailenders to bat up the order, during practise matches.

Suresh Raina, Kaif, Phatan, Patel,Sehwag and sachin back in a team. This player never perform they perform in one matach and fix for 10 they do same thing again and again.
Munaf patel he even can't throw the ball. Which we saw against australia. He is lazy. He should not be in Team.
There is no need to blam coach. If you are a player you should be ready to play any position. There should be only one role for each player win win win and play for contry not for ourself.
India is going to lose oneday series by 5-0 or may be 4-1.
