I agree with Sam. Team India was much much better under Dada & Wright then what it is now. I blame Chappel, Dravid is just bloomong, as long as chappal remains dravid will not have much to say or do. He is a dummy captain.
Its a seen fact that the player very newly selected to the international level plays with enthu, energy, power etc to secure their place making him a match winner. Once secured then they play with pepsi, coke, TVS, BOB, Speed etc many to names & making only a participant in loosing team India. So it is advisable to change players every year before they play for corporates & not for india.
First and foremost, stop the stupid media hipe to the present day Cricketers. After that superlative debut series what has Dhoni done to Team India. Suddenly overnight he became cororpati from nowhere. Now what is his problem. whether he performs or not doesnot make any difference for him. Similarly there are many in the Indian Team.
What is Sehwag doing in the Team? No doubt Sachin is Great Player. But only for self. Not for the Team or Country. His prime days are over. Both of them can be shown the doors. Robin Uthappa didnot get the due support and sufficient chance. Just like that he was dumped. Bring him back.
Regarding Coach - there are lot better Coaches among our Indian Players of yester years. Why you want to deppend on others. Given the proper chance - we have definately better Coaches than Greg - like - Sandip Patil, Mohinder Amernath, (Great) Kapil Paji etc.
They have to recall Laxman, Blaji,Send sehwag to No: 6 Position, Make Raina as an opener,go out RP Singh,Pathan should concentrate on Bowling. Rahul dravid should keep an eye on Coach Greg Chappel,dont accept what he says, accept only if it is acceptable,Greg is austrailian, Dravid should show some kind of killer instinct in the face atleast,Give Kaif no: 3 Spot, Young guys should get maximum chances to bat with sachin in order to groom as sehwag did.
Sachin should be there for atlest 4 years more. There is no player in this era in india of his caliber.
Put one law that will reduce the pocket of players if they loos and fill the pocket if the won the match.
India can be dominating and destructive and be a threat to the other teams under a able captain. It was only Saurav who proved what a bunch of young cricketers can mean to the other teams. He was the soul motivating factor. BRING BACK SAURAV. If Dhoni came to Indian cricket a year ago, Dravid would not have got a chance in the One day internationals as he was picked and supported only by Saurav and asked him to keep wickets to retain his place. If Dhoni was there, Dravid would have been out long back.
Those who support Mr. WALL (MR. GUM) and wanted to see him successful captain, just wait and see his pathetic DEATH Scene of exit.
His position in ODI was never fixed. Only Ganguly made him wicket keeper to keep him in the team. He finally kicked Ganguly out. He is perfect SLAVE under the hand of Graig Chappel. He lost 7 out of 8 matches. come on Dravid's supporter as saying him most successful captain ! we don't forget his score of 2 runs out of 46 ball against South Africa.
When Sachin was the captain, no body in the team helped him to be success. Moreover lot of hypocrits were there in the team, involved in betting too.
Because of Ganguly's very bad form and run drought, we should not call him again. So, only option is MASTER BLASTER, SACHIN TENDULKAR.
Enough is Enough!!! Throw out Chappell and his chamcha(Rahul Dravid)...Bring in Sourav as Captain again...Chappell has tendency of Divide and Rule...which like other brave indians Sourav dont like...so He is out of Indian team...and people who like Chamchagiri including all the politicians in Indian Cricket are included...so please stop this bad politics in Indian cricket...then only we can be world beaters...
Remove Chappell from being a coach and Dravid from captaincy. We need an aggressive captain like Saurav and may be Sandeep Patil as the coach for the team.
Also Sehwag, Pathan and Dhoni need to pull up their socks. Tendulkar should go out gracefully on his own. Zahir is welcome inclusion alongwith Kumble. May be give another chance to Nehra.
