Greg Chappel should be kicked out of the team. What he has done for the past one year? Destroyed the winning combination of Indian team by kicking Sourav Ganguly out of the team, played a lot of politics which ruined our team. Dravis is a terific batsman but he has no qualities to be captain. He is not aggresive in the field and has no leadership qualities.
We must learn from our mistakes & strive hard to get back our lost pride. Captain must be an agressive one like sourav ganguly & Azharuddin. Coach must be sent back to Australia irrespective of cost & indian coach must be apointed with immediate effects, however we can go for expertise at our liberty. Indian team must be over hauled psycologically, physically & menatlly. Players must be selected on merit.
This all shows a very old saying that "If the army loses then also the Credit goes to the Captain/Army Chief" apart from their win.I would not buy this statement that the entire mistake is of our Coach.It is a team work all together.But still I would like to add here that Our boys attention is more in getting new assignments/ad contracts than playing a good game.Coz they r so handsomely paid by these MNC,s that the money they get from BCCI is peanuts in front of that...
Now a day's India is playing bad cricket. For that not only coach and captain but also the people of India/Media are resposible. We over hype the player when they perform. Few examples Sahwag, Pathan, Dhoni all of them showd promice when the entered in Indain team but non of them is performing. People should stop giving importance to cricket that is most important. There are may other games, they should flurish. Coming to cricket.. To make better team first of all remove Greg Chappel.... bring new captain with killig instinct (Kumble/Yuvraj). Drop Sahwag, Pathan, Raina, RP Singh, Dhoni, Kaif etc. and bring back Ganguli, VVS lakshman, Balaji, Ramesh pawar and some new faces how performing cosistantely in domestic cricket like GAmbhir, BAdrinath etc. Dont pick plyers from under 15 or under 19 team. let them play domestic cricket and become mature enough to play international cricket. Selection should be puerly based on performance in recent past but not or regional basis or records in long back. Hope India wins world cup..........
I believe that we Indians believe want Coach to do all the actions required to Win a Game. Its is truly a blame game from our part... A Coach can only train the team...our boys have to perform on the day to win the game for us... We lack the killer instinct to win..Gangully had that in him thats why he is Indias most succesfull captain. I am very sure If Chappel goes and trains any other country like Srilanka, Pakistan or even Zimbabve they will come out with great colours.. It is our attitude and the entire team that has to be blamed and not the Coach... Cricketers should be tread as normal human beings and not as God...If we start workshiping these bunch of Clowns this is what thats going to happen in future also...
Dravid does not have the killer instinct to be the captain. When you play the world champions Australia you should have the killer instinct and go all out and attack. During the match, Dravid hardly went down to the bowlers to encourage them and discuss with them. Munaf, Sreesanth are new comers. When they were taking a beating the captain should go to them and talk to them. In this respect Ganguly was the best captain that India had. During his tenure we could see the killer instict in all the eleven players on the field. Ganguly should be back in team as captain rather than have the coach's pawn on the field with the namesake of a "CAPTAIN"
It is better to avoid who is a better Captain or who is a better Coach? Results since Rahul took over under the new Coach is not meeting any standard and aspiration of our people. There is a limit to everything and next World Cup 2007 is not far from today.Still there is time to change your strategies and game plan.Mere media management and statistics will not lead india anywhere! What we need is to face reality and if necessary, change any one of them. I presume Coach is more important than Captain as Rahul is in good form.We need a Coach who is purely a professional coach and can inspire the team to prove their worth.Unfortunately, the inspiration and team spirit is missing and a new incumbent will definitely be an honest attempt at this stage.Nation comes first, then personal choices and ego.India stood a good chance this year from last World Cup's experience.Please forget all personal likes and dislikes for the sake of Indian cricket.Mr. Power, being a down to earth politician, as BCCI President, it is the high time to stand up.Do not be guided by self seekers, at least this time!
Indians, in general, do not have the determination to win and professionally their behaviour lagging lot. Indians can win with only determination and professional approch to Win only,Otherwise, we cannot become world beaters. The world should decide to give a chance to India.
BCCI should audit players performance frequently and decide what package they deserved. The BCCI package should be on pure performance and not on seniority.
Yes, this is the right time before World Cup to change Captain and Coach. We should have Saurav Ganguli as Captain and Kapil Dev as our Coach for future to guide and boost our team to lift the World Cup. We should find some good all rounders too.

1.No Body is having the right to be for ever in the team at the cost of prestige of country ie Say Good bye to Sachin and Sehwag and Caif.
2. Emotional Captain is not needed at this time Call Ganguli back because if he was aggressive and hard it was only reason he is the succesful captain of his time.People not performing should go to home.They are hired for playing and performing not for entertainment.
3. The coach is the Guru he should have guts to fore to people who is faulty and should have no personnel egoistic flavour.Like Guru Greg. Experiments are enough. Make the balance in the team and creat dedication to play actual role of coach.
4. Take Team as W,Zaffer,S.Ganguli,Yuvraj,Dhoni,Dravid
