Aggration is logic behaind sports ,when it lost you lost the game already which is missing nowdays in indian team .Role of each player shouls be defined ...Pure batsman must concentrate on his batting first and bowler on his bowling rather than be a allrounder(pathan) ....And hitter must be utilised like hitter (Dhoni &pathan)..And experience always pays so exp team members must be there in team (anil kumble, ganguly,zheer khan, nehra ) and presurise exp players to perform in single chance given to them ...and first let our exp players to perform then new born kids but they should be brought back when they needed later on ....and unity must be there in team ...Doing adds has no concern with game performance but it's good for their future but team spirit, unity & aggration must be there in the team ....At the time of gaguly we have faith in our team ....so indian people want to the same spirit as in gaguly days ...
A Chariot (Indian Team)can race ahead, inly if it is driven by a complete set of horses. Its performance diminishes, if it only has one or two horses and the rest are donkeys and non-performing buffaloes.
The Charioteer ( both Coach and Captain) cannot do anything if its owner (BCCI) gives donkeys and buffaloes for the chariot and to be driven.
Wish those non-performing buffaloes are kicked out and include young colts, so they can be groomed.
If coach comments on the attitude of our players, it needs to be taken seriously on the players not on the coach himself.
Our hugely wise ( not sure) fans, always take cudgels on the coach's comments.

Our team lacks killer instinct. Except Sehwag and Dhoni, none has the killer instinct. In the two matches, it was felt that Sachin had perhaps received some letter from one of the terrorist organisations to play with fear and throw away his wicket. The entry of Rahul Dravid slows down the game. He forgets the accelerated speed of the game phase when he is entering. He would be a better player if he and kaif likes enter after Harbhajan Singh and Pathan. Suresh Raina and Dhoni need to be promoted to number 3 and 4 - they deserve to get a few chances to show their potential. Team members must remember that it is a competition and Gandhian philosophy does not apply here. Sachin was hit on his shoulder by WI bowler and he gave extreme respect to the next ball - reverse was with the WI batsmen who when hit on the body - hit the next ball to the boundary. Young players be encouraged and not dropped after one or two poor show in ODIs. India needs to have different captain for 5-dayers and ODIs.
Team India needs experience and that too a lot of it. We have already seen what happened to our team in West Indies. I think making mistakes is not a big deal as we all do, but repeating those mistakes (may be because of the ego of few for not wanting Ganguly in the team) is the worst thing which anybody could do. We all know that the team lost in WI just because of the inability of some players to perform under pressure and the only thing which can make wonders in pressure situation is the large amount of experience. I hope common sense will prevail in the BCCI management and we can again be the World Champions.
1> Attain stability in batting order.Experiments can't be done on regular intervals.
2> Sehwag is a batsman and should add consistency to his batting.Its not like getting 100 in one match and scoring 20's in next 10 match.
3> Pathan is a bowler first and with his pace should be opted as a 2nd change bowler rather than opening.
4> Get a quality spinner who can spin ball a good way coz our part time spinners like Sehwag,Mongia and Yuvraj are turning the ball more than Harbhajan.
5> Raina is good choice for middle overs, as he can twitch ones and twos but not for dead overs where one needs to hit fence.
6> Finally teach our bowler to bowl a proper channel ie in and around off stump and the use of yorkers in dead overs.
Neither the coach nor the captain should be blamed.They can only provide all the support and guidance.What matters is the performance on the field.The players are only to be blamed for a bad show.Irrespective of the rank and file, the non prformers should be straight away shown the door.As far as sourav is concerned he should quit gracefully.
