Well my suggestion is that to give one entire series of captaincy to SAURAV, if he proves then retain him as captin till WC or let him hang his boots for ever.
Ask Firang Chappel to go on forced vacation ( but not to the place where the series is played)
Give the coach job to Kapil paaji, make sure Kumble is included in that.
Once we see the results then its upto BCCI to decide, wats wrong in trying when as such we are at the losing end.
Hope Dileep Vengsarkar will not act as his predecessor think over in a different way to give a TRUE INDIAN TEAM
First of all wud anyone please tell me how come coach starts handling the career of a player.It can be anyone fron Saurav,Irfan or Zaheer.Has he not been told about his responsibilities? Well to tell u al his job is to motivate team not play with the carers of players as his wish under experiments.
Secondly what all are the cricket brains in India doing?Inspite of the fact thatduring one momentsuccessful captain was also not amongs runs he was sustained by aussies they had shown the trust in his leadership.We also have acheived commendable achievements under Mr.Ganguly.Why were we in haste?wht were we trying to achieve.Mr Dreavid might be a gud batsman but not an aggressive captain.Even Sachin being a worldclass captain have also withdrawn because he knew his job well.He has really failed to deliver as captain.He should be doing wht he was doing earlier then getting into new responsibilities.
I think it doesn't make any difference whether the captain is Dravid or Ganguli. This is Indian players's great achievement to get defeated in final matches unless some team is determined to loose.
Indian players lack the will to win. In the match against Australia, Their body language was telling that they are not interested to win the match. Thats enough. No other excuses.
The morale of the team is down from the moment Greg and Dravid duo took charge,as both of them came by backstabbing Sourav.
Whatever they have done they should try to perform -i.e. lead and coach the team and try to instill confidence in teammates,which only would be the key to success of the team.
Our team does not any any desire to win the match. Other teams of the world do cleverly watch the games of others and try to use their cleverness agint other teams. we make our own system of bating & bowling without seing the oponent. We should make good stratigies againt oponent and simply try to win the match, not just play the match and take the participation fees. We are having world class players but we are not able to utilize them. Ganguly was a good captain for all this.
For the benefit of Cricket, please remove the present Captain and Coach IMMEDIATELY. They are good for nothing.....If India play next year WC with this team members and under this Captain and Coach, then India will not able to qualify in the Knock Out round also..........
Make the prince of Calcutta our coach- and give ear-phone to all players.....He will shout /yell at all the erring players to submission.....He how-ever has been sorted out by fast-bowlers and so cannot be in the Team. Indian mentality of King & his followers (bowing to Kings etc) has not faded and so our Royal Demi-Gods will then kneel before the true - blue-blood. Though this is imperilism at its worst....Its bound to work. THere is no other way of grounding our Demi-gods.
Also - BCCI should talk to all teams and make us win now and then. Else sponsor-ers will not be able to cover the huge telecast-rights they have bought !
