its right time that Mr.Dravid should stop thinking the way Mr.chappel think..he should have his own opinion on the field.Ganguly has achived the greatest success by independent thoughts..
It is better to do away with both Mr chapel and dravid. Dravid is not a bold captain and he always depends on Chappel. The captain should be dynamic person like Ganguly, and should be able to express his views in selection committee meeting. He, it seems, merely accepts the players thrust upon him. The end result is that they fail utterly as a team. Indian can only take on effectively with likes of Ziambe, bangladesh, Korea etc and not the teams with professional approach. Too much of experiement is not a healthy trend. We are inly experimenting without any outcome whatsoever. As an Indian I always wish and believe that Indian win even in hopeless condition while playing. The entire exercise is futile one. The selection committee is also biased , how they kept sreesant away and included RP Singh. Any criteria for selection.

The team which use to win against all teams and use to reach finals of almost all the competions under Saurav is not even able to go pass the group stages is actually surprising. I think we actually have to reinstate the Captain Courageous as dravid has failed time and again in his captaincy and clearly lacks the quality of being a good leader. Same goes for Guru Greg,the board should boot out this guy who has done more bad than ok for the Blues.
India needs the following by all means to become world beaters: 1. Must be competitive, professional, determination, sportive & spirited, I am second to none attitude etc. 2. Competition at the selection and domestic level tournament is not sufficient at all. 3. Indian media towards cricket is not constructive 4. Indian cricket is not only for cricketers fraternity, but also for common man. Other professional participating in it to make world class competitive is essential. 5.
