Keep Sehwag out for six months. Tendulkar's agrresive nature has diminished since Sehwag's wicket is sure to be lost any moment. Bring in defensive player like Wasim jaffar to open with Tendulkar to make Tendulkar play his natural game. Keep following players for longer time to settle down. Dravid, Yuvaraj, kaif, in batting. Dhoni should continue in batting and wicket keeping. In bowling, keep Zaheer, Pathan, for pace and patel. In spin keep singh and Anil Kumble. With this set of players even any pan shop owner as coach can win the matches for india.
Team India should have commitment towards the game. Every individual in the team should go out on to the field with professional focus and they should do their duty with utmost concentration and commitment irrespective of falling the co-patners wkts.
When it comes to Do or Die situation for the Indian team, they prefer death and have never showed the willingness to do. They have died on many occassions in this situation. Stop giving too much importance to the Cricket and the so called Super Stars.

sack mr.tendulkar out of the team. when was last time he played, i think in 98'sharjah. he is not up to level of playing. i personally think he can win matches for india against zim,kenya , bangladesh. selectors can consider him during those matches. give break to pathan.
i think zaheer,balaji,nehra should be spotted back into the indian bowling department team.they make right bowler who compliments each other in the style of their bowling.
vvs and ganguly should be back.
i think these indian indian players should be payed less. i don't think they deserve what they are being payed.

guyzzz....y is it that everytime there is an india australia clash, the media hypes it up as sachin-mcgrath clash....has sachin ever dominated mcgrath in his career???all of u refer to the sharjah innings....the australian attack then consisted of kasprowicz,damien fleming,tom moody,mark waugh and shane warne.....no mcgrath and gillespie.....so y the hype abt an innings against a bowling attck that was only marginally better than the zimbabwe attack of those times???
In cricket the strength in the papers is not the matter.But the confidence of the players,ideal team combination,killer instinct etc r important factors.We need a strong captain having innovative ideas.Clive Loyd,Imran Khan,Mark Taylor,Hansie Cronje,Steve Waugh etc. r regarded as finest captains and during their period their teams became world beaters.Likewise Ganguly was the best captain ever for India and i feel Dravid need to sharpen his leadership shill to improve India's performance
Indian are good for nothing. See the consistance of players. How on earth it is going to help when the success is only average 2 out of every 10 innings. I think when aplayer steps in to the crease his last 10 innings score should be displayed in the TV screen. It will awaken the player , Team Management , General public, who blindly support the players and the Media who hype their invisible capability. Today ( and in the near future also) india would stand in a separate goup comprising of Bangala Desh, Pakistan, Newzeland and zimbabve. Incase we beat West Indies or Srelanka or England one in a while there will be raise in the temporary status. As the new Chairman of BCCI said yesterday , we do not have capable substitute players to replace the current bunch.( of inconsistant players like Sehwag,Yuvraj Singh, Dhoni, Dravid, Tendulkar ,Irfan Pathan, RP Singh) and the players are thoroughly enjoying this weakness of the Board and never try to be away from this comfort zone. I am sure we will hear these names again and again for the next two years at least.
