So kindly Think twice before removing Chappel from the Post as he is aggressive,speaks bold and straight and has tried to Instil Australian Attitude in Indian team,Not long ago did we win matches contineously chasing when india has a bad history chasing.
Today the Team is low on confidence which was pretty much evident in the way tendulkar batted the ohter dayVS Australia,Self doubt has crept in. My advice would be bring in some fresh blood like Badrinath who is a capbale batsman in the middle order,and also replace dhoni with Dinesh karthick,Our Bowling lacks any experience,so until they gain it our groud fielding and the batting should be tight.My One day Batting order would be : Sachin,Sewag,Dravid,Badrinath,Yuvaraj,Kaif,Dinesh Karthik,Pathan,Harbhajan Singh,Sreesanth and Munaf Patel.Sub: Gautam Gambir
One thing is Fielding Needs to improve a lot just like South Africa and Never Load the bowlers with Pressure allow them to play freely.Groom them and that will make you win matches.
change the captain and coach.india can beat world only under a captain who is aggressive,independent of decisionmaking.bring zaheer in.give sourav captaincy.first of all remove chappel.enough for his experimentations and enough for dummy captain.
I believe our boys have very poor commitment towards the game. We need to learn from the Aussies on how professional they are and the standards they set in each game. They are hungry for success but our guys and the BCCI only have the money in mind. I think its hight time that we call off games that takes an entire day and start concentrating on other games..atleast we will be able to find someone who wins a Gold for us in the olympics !!!
May I ask all those who are blaming Sachin that what the hell the other 10 jokers are doing in the team ?
Sachin is our and world's best player even today. If you include funny players like Kaif,Raina and Mongia and take on the mighty Australians then even God cannot save you.
What the bowlers were doing in the first 15 overs ? Getting hammered by a substandard player like Watson !
What the captain was doing ? Did he play any out of the blue innings to see India through ? Why he always gives up in his fifties rather than batting throughout ??
And how funny the Guru Greg is .....ha haaa.....LOL !
With all these culprits around,if you blame Sachin then you should quit following Indian cricket.
First of all, the indian coach, greg chappel should be removed andthen even dravid should be replaced by ganguly.There was no reason for removal of ganguly , that too as soon as he scored his hundred against zimbabwe.Bring him back...after all, remember onething...class is permanent and form is temperory.. make these changes and see india shine....dravid is more of a listner to just chappel and chappel takes all the decisions and more over dravid is a very mild personand not like ganguly, who is aggressive.....
First thing India INc., has to do is Removing Sachin tendulkar from the Team. He doesn't play good or in a responsible way in any crucial Matches. Waste lot of balls and end upwith nothing and spoil the scope of an Indian Win. Remove all the irresponsible players from the team. Keep experienced players like Ganguly and Anil kumble. Stop experimenting. How long are you going to this without any improvement? They can Win a tournament only if they come together and play as a team. They don't hv that spirit since a long time, till today. If all the above said things are rectified then only India can be a World beater. Otherwise the Cricket world will beat them.
We need to have good bunch of selectors who have made outstanding contribution to the game like Sunil Gavaskar and a Captain who is an all rounder. Otherwise we will have a team just for representation.
Even in the Corporate world also,sense of insecurity among employees,specially core sector employees,hampers the performance of the entity. Definitely, non-performers like Ganguly should be excluded, but players like Kumble, Laxman, Zaheer or Nehra should be handled with care. Also, at times it appears that team management has double standard and it is biased to some players like Raina or Sreesanth or Shewbag. Over all, in my opinion, it is the morale and not the talent that needs upliftment. More impartiality is required from Dravid . He must show the team that it is he,and not Mr.Chapel,who is the leader of the side.
