Tendulkar Should be told to attack weather he fails or succeeds either leave his place for other person or even think to come at one or two down but attack from the world go he is most destructive more than sehwag, dhoni believ it, Saurav should be given a chance and should open with sehwag or have wasim jaffar with sehwag is a good option and sachin at one down and rahul to follow, yuvi, kaif and dhoni to follow
And dont think about winning when playing with australia, play to punch them, hit them as hard as possible with your batting and try to hit their seiky at the max you can lose in the process but you may have you pride intact and i assure you they can be beaten with aggression and will power then your talent and stratagies which they will never allow to succeed. Just humilate them or be ready to be humilated.

If in case India wants to reach semifinal of the World Cup 2007,I feel they should drop some of the useless players in the team...Pathan's bowling lacks pace and line & length is also not proper which makes opponent side to very easy to face.Sehwag is one batsmen who has been given a lot of chances to prove himself but he has failed to make use of the given opportunity and plays once in 12 matches.I dont know what is wrong with agarkar..He should also be removed from the indian side.
Only those players who perform well should be placed in the team.....
There is no doubt that out top order batsmen are best in the world.(leaving sehwag in recent)
But the middle order is not consistent enough.
We have seen in the last world cup that Khaif and
Dinesh were of no more use (except 1 inings each).
Even now they are not performing, and WHO ARE PERFORMING WE HAVE NO PLACE FOR THEM IN THE SQUAD.
Ajay Jadeja even having a good ranji season and being the highest run getter till now has no place in the team.He is person who can keep the score bord ticking.
His special ability is that he keeps on picking singles and between boundries even in pressure situation which is seen absentin Khaif,Raina,Dinesh and his average is far better than that of all these.
We have to choose players according to pitch,climate and the team they are confronting.
The main problem is i guess we lose the matches is lack of international bowling skills. we have enough batting skills but not bowling. If we would success in bowling then we will be the world cup winners.
i cant believe that this is the same team that had destroyed Sri Lanka,Pakistan and strongly fighted againsted South Africans.If we say that those matches were held in indian subcontinent,then where was the ICC Champions trophy played? Why didnt the team performed well again?The same 11 were firing before and where had the spirit gone now? Are the relaxed? This is a game where all 11 have to contribute and not depend on 1 person.The whole team is not performing and if it is,its is in patches,therefore not everybody should be blamed and not not person targetted. Its the time now for the captain , coach and the selectors to wake up. ...........................

In the present scenario, for a one day squad,we must go for four regular batsman,three allrounders,three regular bowlers and a wicketkeeper.While selecting team for south Africa ,we had one last chance before world cup to make an attempt to get this combination but we have lost it.Still,from the available resources I think it is the availability of good allrounders which is a cause of concern.After all just as we have developed Irfan as an allrounder in last one year we should have groomed another two three players as allrounders to make a well balanced one day team.Now with whatever little time we have before world cup we have to find the best combination ,explain their respective roles in the team on one to one basis,and allow them to just focus on the game without bothering about critics comments.My world beating team for world cup would be:
like some of friends expressed ..... i too express the my concern... noone have zeal to win the matches for the country.. they want only money.. and want to participate in the match to get the money... all 11 members in the team should have the attitude to win the matches.. we are always best on the papers.. our selecters select such players who are all out of form.. and they give explanations like they know every thing which is going to happen in future.. India is going to win any of the matches in future too with this atitude.. even tendulkar like players they are afraid to play shots at bowlers.. any body can hit unknwon blowlers.. u have to proove ur class u have to show in the big matches when time and opportunity comes.. so far i dint see any thing like after we wone the triangler tournament in england beating england while chasing 326 runs........... sorry now this is high time now dont bet on india.. thay cant beat any team in the world........
Greg and his captain called it a strategy and others called it an experiement. What ever it may be, both can not be done for a long time. There is a need to finalise top 20 criters and out of which at least 50% of the matches have to be played from top 14 players. The tactics of interchanging the batting and bowling order can be done but still respecting the player ability to demonstrate the best. Secondly, India needs to look at two crucial factors: Is Sewagh performing with absolutely no foot work but play like a base ball player for the home run (four or six in this case). We need good stable opner. We may want to look at fresh or old seasoned batsmen. If Ganguly with his 10,000 runs can not find a place then some other player. Secondly, as Dravid put it, bowling is not upto the mark. We need to pay a lot of attention on this. Lets not make a batsmen game but a game where team is balanced and performing.
SURE INDIA can be a world beating team. It is time Sachin gracefully retires give room for younger players. Is it not true that when Sachin is required to make a great contribution at a critical moment he lets us, India down. He lacks consistency. He is past peak and prime.
v r a cricket loving country and have been badly let down by the Coach and Captain. Team game reqires team spirit for success. Humilating senior players in the name of young blood and experimentation , has already demoralised the team. The only option to retrieve the situation could be removal of Coach and Captain.
