Who wants the experiments to be stopped?? Cricket should be banned from INDIA. People are just so "interested" in this game that they will go to support our very own Team India, which is now performing at the "highest" level., but no one is bothered to support our boys in the on going AFC U-20 cup football tournament. We have some real good talent in the football, about which no one has any clue. The Indian cricket itself is not only having a dark future, but its also destroying other sports' future.
Bring Sourav back. Its better to have one non-performaing captain even in the worst case scenario,who can motivate other 10 players to excel. Rather than having one well performing captain and 10 sitting ducks.
first,we have to concentrate on bowling. 1.what pathan is doing?.He has to get back his form as early as possible or he has to be dropped from team.india no more need any batting from pathan,lot of batsman are there. 2.quality of bowling is worest and not even comparable with zimba. 3.we have to select a good bowlers or get back nehra ,balaji who are better than present bowlers. Regarding batting stern warning should be given to batsman who is wasting balls at last two or three or five overs.very good example is suresh raina who wasted and defeated india by wasting too many balls at end.
what i feel for this team is that they should be a kho-kho team.the coach,a man who fails to recognise his failure.he keeps on experimenting.clueless people experiment,and but greg's face hardly shows his emotions,if any.His partner in crime,Rahul...Rahul Dravid.Another clueless guy.Watching him on the field is a bit boring these days.Standing in the slips he watches as the entire game slips from his hands.Well,it is said that crime requires two minds.One thinks,one executes.We got it in our team,The coach and captain respectively.They treated saurav as if he was a piece of shit.The real shits are sehwag and raina.Is sehwag really a unique talent.I have heard about talent but what's a unique talent?Might be it has to do something with 19 failures in 20 matches.Right Mr Dravid?Chappell wanted us to make world champs.Well,we'll be without him.The Indian Way and not some Chappell way.We got a few good past players who are at least submissive to their faults.A few good ex players who can be drafted in the team.A few good players who can be made captain.We don't need youth above experience.Zimbabwe also has a youth team.Are they the world beaters?
india can't beat any team in cricket world. coach greg chapell should be ruled out from indian team then there will be any chance for india to beat any team. selectors should choose the best one day team for india that means sourav ganguly, balaji, gautam gambhir in place of shewag and ashish nehra then only india can beat any team in the world otherwise teams like bangladesh will also defeat india on their each meeting like australia and west indies have doen in recent times.
I am pained to see most of the comments. Cricket is a team game and I wonder what difference Ganguly can make, if his performance prior to ouster and present performance in domestic tournaments are anything to go by. Dravid's batting style itself tells us that he cannot be an aggressive captain, to win tough tournaments. Simple things are to make Sehwag captain, Tendulkar to open with him, number three slot to be with Dhoni or Dravid, depending on the situation and then Yuvraj Kaif, Raina to be followed by Pathan, Harbhajan, Kumble and Munaf. Sehwag,Yuvraj, Raina and Tendulkar should manage 10 to 15 overs of bowling between them. A settled set of players with no worry about their place in the next few matches can always perform better than being under pressure of ouster.
I think experiments of Chappel are reduced now and Dravid also seems to have realized that his opening the innings is not in the interst of the team.
Let me also repeat you can get the best out of Tendulkar only when he opens the batting.
