Since EVERYBODY repeat EVERYBODY in India professes to be an "EXPERT" on what ails Indian Cricket, let us first make EVERYBODY leave our cricketers alone to introspect on what is going wrong and why, and let THEM come out with few informed solutions. The malady is to be solved from within with some expert advice from veterans like Sunil Gavaskar,Ravi Shastri,Mohinder Amarnath,Kapil Dev,Anshuman Gaekwad etc.(definately not Navjot Sidhu) and not by uninformed EVERYBODY.
There is no region to remove sourav from the team.Its all personal fight between coach and him. Becouse Sourav is open minded and he is caring for team and india. He having the capabality to improve the team as well as players.
He is the main backbone for the team INDIA's sprit to be let down. I am against the team until he leaves the team. He has spoiled the careers of all greats and still continues the same..
I am sure if it's right but I am thinking severely nowadays that GRAGE CHAPPEL is australian agent and his mission is to destroy Indian cricket. Play almost 11 Batsman .. Make 370-400 runs everytime. As even when regular baller balls they give minimum 55 runs in 10 over .. So if sachin , sehwag , ganguly , yuvraj , mongia, raina will bowl they will give maximum 70 runs. So we will still win.

Have a brainstorming session, tell them their responsibilities and make them understand cricket is everything and not advertisements and i-pods in ears.
What guru greg is doin is the australian way of making the batsmen now a allrounder bowler and the other way. But he should know that the system doesnt prepare our players of india such bebefits like the aussies.
best option - let them play with their core competencies like a batsmen should bat in the fisrt six positions of the batting order and he should improve their weakness and guide them in shot selection.
if we try to make our bowlers work in nets for batting itself then why should the batsmen be in the team ??? and the other way round.. hope they play on their practical strengths and not on the theoritical foreign books.
I hope we have given enough time,now its the time to show results with a consistent winning record and a worldcup as cricket in india is a religion and not a game.
key word is playing responsibly and helping the team to win.
The day chappel came in Ganguly was thrown out Team India started dying slowly. And it is nearing its end. To take a u-turn follow the steps:-
1) Sack Chappell and maro him a big chappal. 2) Get Ganguly Back. 3) Who had "f__k you" attitude better than ganguly. This attitude only win matches tell me which indian player is left with this attitude. 4) With Immediate effect Captain and the coach should be sacked. 5) Mr. Pawar sitting higher up wont help you look whats happening in the team. 6) I think if chappel continues he will keep experimenting till the last match played in the worldcup.

I think the guy MS DHONI wants warning. He everytime supports this FIRANGI SO CALLED COACH. yesterday on rediff he supported his guru saying it is very good for the team doing experiments. let this guy go to hell.
