it is ridiculus for indian people that when failure comes, at that time people thinks.nobody want to understand the situation.it is too late to prepare the team for world cup.the team totally losed their confidence.my question is that why sourav will give test for entering in the team?why not others.last year in domestic cricket when he made lots of runs, selectors did not select him.naturally he was under pressure.he should be take back to team without any question, if india really wants to make position in the world cup.
In my opinion the govt should pass a law that no cricketers should do any advertisement.The players are getting enough money from add in tv and other media and so they are not palying well in the match so tehir should be banned no crcicketrs should be given right to advertise and if one player is doing bad performance in 2-3 mathches he should be sit out and new player should be given chance inpalce of him and if he is given chance then he 50 % fees should be deducted from their account and no politics should enter into cricket
If you guys want to win a game, you got to have spirit and will. Certainly none of you believed yourself that you could win a game. But why do you want to be on the team and pose for advertisements? When you play for India, just go and give your 100%. If I were one of you guys on the team who lost to Australia twice and kicked out of a tournament, believe me guys; I would exit from the team and start a barber shop at my hometown. Remember you guys could do haircut only to your team members, no others will come to you because haircut needs some talent. Shame on you guys!
the team composition is very simple in fact the selectors have more or less got it right for the tour of South Africa. My ideal line up for the world cup

3.Kaif/Yuvraj
4.Dravid
5.Shewag
6.Dhoni
7.Pathan < BR>8.Kumble/Harbajan. Prefer Kumble
9.Agarkar
10.Zaheer
11.Munaf Patel
Please note Indian public have noted the following
1. Sachin is slowing down due to age and needs youngsters like Pathan and Shewag to fire. No longer a match winner
2. Shewag has severe attitude problems. Not ready to correct him self
3. Agarkar need to control him self better since he is thte most experinced of the seamers
4. Kaif needs to be given more chances and not come like he did in Malaysia in the 48TH over and face 2 balls
5. No regional biases in selection please eg. powar, rp singh, jaffer, raina etc.
6. Youngsters like uthappa, etc should be groomed
7. Stop becoming reactionaries and say that things were better under ganguly, we were this before and that before or how sachin etc won a match in 1998 in sharjah alone please......
We as always expect the unthinkable. It is really hard to think that this team will win any CUP. Lets be realistic.Lets be prudent enough to measure the strength of this team and also remember that even all the Gregs, Ians or any number of indian or forgien coach can do anything with a bunch of jokers, called Team India. In this team barringRahul & Sachin no one is of any class or commitment. I am sure this debate has started with the defeat at the hands of the Ozos. Man for man , apart from the two already mentioned , no one can stand in comparison , either in talent or in performance. Any selection committee which can find no place for a Kumble, a VSS and hopes to beat the world is sadly mistaken. What can Greg do ? Probably with somebody else even Sachin and Rahul would have been finished. All the jokers in the team are indisciplined, have no commitment , have no talent . They are a bunch of Lucky and really not worthy sportsmen. They are at the best commercial mercinaries. Ganguly should not be anywhere near this setup as even he will find it hard to motivate these jokers as they think that they are the incumbents and SG is an unwanted intruder.
When you look at Indian batting line up, you see lot of names which can win us matches - Sehwag, Sachin, Dravid, Dhoni, Yuvraj.. - I think this people have class - but except dravid/dhoni nobody is consistent.
Except kumble and harbhajan(sometimes) I dont see a bowler who can win us matches even if they give 200%. We dont have good bowlers.
Attitude - All wrong dont know what they are thinking when they come out..
Difference between India and Australia? DOMESTIC CRICKET QUALITY.
People like Raina, Parthiv, Yuvraj all are sent directly to international cricket without none or almost zero domestic cricket exp. Its justifiable as our domestic cricket dont have quality.. its all about wasting time.. the pitches are not good.. nore are the local coaches..
So you end up throwing young guyz into international cricket - recruitment without training.. you are going to loose..
Look at Australia - I think their domestic teams can easily beat most of the international teams - even Australia's national team. They have a strong infrastructure in place - good pitches / coaches whats not.. People like hussy has to spend 4-5 years in domestic cricket and then get a chance at intl cricket
Bring back DADA....give him old freedom and time to pick up....he will make Men in bLUE THE SAME OLD guys who made us proud once....
Today Dada is put under so much pressure that he fails each time when is out to bat.Pointing a gun on someone's head and ask that guy to shoot a target, and in case he fails the gun on the head goes off...this is the situation we have put ganguly today....
BRING GANGULY AND WORLD CUP IS WITH US....as for greg...public knows best wat to do with him....
Persons within the team have to push themselves to the limits to prove their worth on being the rightful owners of the priced Indian Cap. I see the team being complacent not putting in their 100% since they believe themselves to be icons bigger than the game. They belive that their media image of cricketing Gods can dilute the risk of fan bashing because of poor performance.
Look at Shewag patchy in his performance as he always is, look at Irfan, look at Raina, look at Dravid himself ... and the list can go on. What is the punutive action against the poor peformers - Simply call back the old guys. Well we need to look forward and I am sure that their a lot of talent like Dhoni being wasted because of the BCCI system. BCCI has become a political organization with political leaders leading the autonomous body. With that statement I am no way defending the likes of Dalmia.
I would like to have some accountability from Up down. After all I don't consider it just a game. It is more than religion for us Indian and we hate to lose - atleast us the Fans.
