We need Ganguly, if not in opening but atleast at No.3. As a non-captain Ganguly needs some chance in one dayers, this is right time. No.1 down is KEY and SPECIALIST position to win crucial matches.
A)We need to change two players from the present side. 1) Virendra Sewag-His weakness exposed and every opposition bowler is targeting his weakness,which media&commentators defines as out-of form. 2) Suresh Raina was given ample chances but he could not proved worth in the team. He is not a performer or match winner. B)We need to look out for Allrouders as like in 1983 World Cup team. C) Pace Bowlers have to be give a line painted with RED COLOUR on the off stick and an extra stump of off stick line on good line &make them to bowl 60 balls ( 10 oversX6 balls)and also make them to bowl yorkers. D) Batsman to be trained like in case bowlers like Mcgrath bowls at good line and on off stick, how to come a yard forward or change stances and confuse the bowler with his line and length. E)Batsmen should be tranied to take more singles without waisting balls and to score atleast 4 to 5 runs per over. F) Should motivate all the batsman to perform well as match winners. G)We should make each and every player to believe their ability and to grow their confidence level. By doing so , i hope india team will become world beaters.
1.Don't involve politics in cricket. This is very (- ) minus point to Indian Team.
2.Fast Bowling is very weekness.Who is being good form Senior fast bowler in Indian Team now? No,anybody.Therefore many good fast bowlers out of indian team now.Bring Zaheerkhan,Ashish Nehra, Balaji,Great Anil kumble and Ramesh Powar to future matches must strictly. (Especially Ashish Nehra is very most success fast bowler in Indian team.Pls dont miss, select to him) select the squad)
3. We have know Rahul Dravid is good player. But his captaincy perfomance is not very good. Little Good only. But sometimes he confused take individual decision while playing critical position. Compare with Sourav, he learn more points from sourav. Sourav is successful leaded captain in Indian team. But rahul was not taken individual decision to successful game.He had feared to cricket board and Gre. Chappell.He must come out from fears.
4. Bring Sourav and VVS Laxman to successful Indian team.If BCCI should give chance, they should get goodform Surely.
5. Irfan is good alrounder .Now he has no form bowling only. Nothing to worry.Surely he should get good form

These Cricketers earn more from advertisement than from their contract, and when I see these guys coming in ads with out performing, I feel like smashing my TV. The revenues what these peope are earning (both contract and adverts) should only be based on their performance, if they don't perform they shouldn't be paid or they should pay back their money. Hope this might change their attitude a bit.
1) Do not sack chappel instead bring back Ganguly as captain.Even if he fails with the bat, remember former Australian captain Mark Taylor & Steve Waugh both of them had a terrible time with the bat but they made their team as champions.
I think that the Team Management should give each player a change to perform and inspite of that if they dont perform they should be dropped so that they will atleast perform the next time and will have a fear like if they dont perform they will be out.And i feel that in India there are many good all rounders whos talent is not been recognised as to be in India's team one should have good political back ground or money.I think india can produce good Bowlers too.India lacks bowling attack and always depends to batting to click.That will not happen always
I think India, in the last year, had its own share of glory. Therefore, I am not overly disappointed by its current form. And I do not have large expectations from our players in the South African series as well. Having said that, I am optimistic about India peaking just at the right time. If we can repeat the same performance as we did in the last World Cup, things will augur well for Indian cricket. Let's be optimistic!
