Any team can win the world-cup - based on form (at that time).
But I do believe a few changes in the Indian team are in order.
Don't you think that even if there are no fielders, Kaif is unlikely to clear the in-field ?! He clearly does not have the strength ! Even if he strikes the ball with ALL his might - it is unlikely to reach the fence ! As for his fielding - we all saw his faulty technique while standing at forward short-leg (jumping when the ball hit the bat - rather than just staying still) - dropping a reasonably easy catch ! So - why even keep him in the team ?! All he can do is TRY and stay at the crease ! That too unsuccessful most times ! How long can we go by the Natwest win ?! Enough please ! DROP him ! Get back VVS Laxman instead - that immediately adds class to the team !
Next - did you notice Sachin's body language on the field during the match against Aus ? He clearly looked extremely tense - & never for once looked like he was enjoying the game - NOT ONE smile ! The Sachin of old was always bubbly & a picture of enjoyment - That is now clearly gone ! He now looks like a desperate stickler to the team - keen only on holding his place - (contd...)
Indian Team should have Ganguly back as Opener.Give him chances and if he does not perform then remove him but dont play with his career like this.Dont b unfair
Just one single line........."BRING BACK SOURAV GANGULY".................even if isn't scoring runs he is much better than a spinless dravid. Dravid worst captain of all-time. it's a fact!
1.Coach Chappel should be bought a ticket for Australia.
2. Buy Sehwag a ticket to Switzerland for a holiday.
3.Selectors intelligence should be tested?They should sit for CAT before getting the high profile job.
4.Bring the 10000 run getter back,if at all u guys feel he is better than Raina and Venugopal.
5.The high profile tennis elbowist should be given the full money for not playing the matches India plays ina year.
6.The worlds fastest left arm spinner(Irfan Pathan)shoul be reminded to hold the ball once again.
7.Finally our poor nail biting captain should be asked to relax and keep his nails intact as we all know he is the best batsman of India.so he might need them while batting.
To improve Indian Team- 1. Kick out Chappell. 2. Throw out all batsmen in the present team. 3. Refuse to play whereever this nonsense of dew is present. 4. Take a team of youngsters with Ganguly as coach and Kapil as manager.
Why don't you understand that Greg is here to spoil Team India so that another great competetor of the Aussies are gone? He cant be the best, he has no good track record, neither has he been able to prove himself. But even then Sourav is not the point, he is weak enough to keep himself out of the team at present.. But Sourav is again at the top with best performance in the past, and he has enough talent to keep Team India at the top, be it any position (player or advisor). These performers with excellent track records can do some good to the team; I mean they can understand Indians. How do you think that an Australian with no knowledge of India can be of some help to the team? And for the rest of the team, I am optimistic that our boys can do better in the final match, The World Cup. Only if they can get rid of this GREAT CHAPPAL.

Yes,stop greg chapell experiments on the class players. This make them to loss their confidence and they will be psycologically effected. Get back all senior players into the squard.
1) Ruining the career of Irfan Pathan by making him bowl
slower deliveries and change his bowling action. Remember Pathan's speed and action during the Australia tour
2) Ramesh Powar does not deserve a place in the team. But it was Chappel who suggested that he could bat as well as bowl and hence it cost Venugopal Rao his place.
3) Asking Dravid to open the innings when Sachin was injured(He was a big flop)
4) Ruining the careers of VVS Laxman, Dinesh Karthick, Sanjay Bangar, Balaji, Aakash Nehra, Zaheer Khan ang Ganguly from ODI(Remember Ganguly scored a half-century in his last ODI and has scored 10000+ runs)
When Greg Chappell successfully ousted Ganguly from the Indian team, I felt hurt.Not only as a Bengali but as an Indian too. It had bruised my self pride as an Indian that the most successful captain of my country's team had been kicked out by a foreigner who didn't seem to care about Indian cricket and also Indians.
I have always been a firm believer in the karma theory. Your Karma shall follow you. Thou shall reap what thou sow. The ousting of Ganguly was plotted by Chappell and some board members and Dravid helped these guys execute their evil plans. So much evil was bound to reap failure. That is exactly what the Indian team has been receiving in the last 6 months.
Now comes the news that Chappell's term will not be extended after the next world cup.I would have preferred seeing him kicked off before the next world cup. Why sacrifice the world cup? As far as it goes for Dravid, I am sure he will also meet his fate. He will also be betrayed by someone he fully trusted. Lets just wait n watch!
