a) No TV ADS or get "sacked from team" b) Lack of performance get no "pay" show the DOOR c) Do 100% on field ie; show energy, innovative skills, dont bowl slow(Munaf & co) d) Be aggresive(captian /players)
e) Target opposition batsmen , learn their mistakes & set field placements for them. Do not become sitting DUCKS!! f) Learn from "mistakes" ie; losses g) Take quality players like "VVS Laxman" LP Balaji, Zaheer,Kumble ..drop Raina. Bowlers should work in packs.
e) Have good parterneships..while batting.
f) If all things FAIL ;; Drop them in Shark infested Waters in Pacific.
Drop Chappel immediately from the team india. proper motivation to ganguly. bring kumble,laxman immediately drop sehwag,kaif and raina with immediate effect.

Those days has gone where there used to have some aggresivness in Indian players...it is very important for a cricket team to have an aggressive captain like sourav ganguly...becoz of him only greg chappel was able to be the coach for indian team..which inturns ended up in disaster for ganguly himself...if we talk about dravid no doubt he is the wall for the indian cricket tea but i think he serves to nation more as a player than as a captain...as frequently it has been seen that there is no aggressivness as he never talks to the bowler if any one is contineously bowls the wrong length...in the whole match there is alck communication between the captain and the rest of the players...which was never seen during the days of ganguly captaincy...sourav was more agresive always maintained an instant communication with the players on the field and the off the field...so there are lot changes yet to brought but from my point of view kiran more shud also be sacked of from the selectors board...along with greg chappell and last but not the least remove dravid from captainship give to someone who has fire in himself and is having better strategies towards the game....
Immediately Chappel should be given Chappal. He is a very successful marketing guy. Did some marketing at the time of interview. Did some eye-wash in practice session. Talks to much delivers nothing. Already ruined Indian Cricket along with Kiran More 'The Great' so that he deserves only Chappals from all Indian. Chappal to you Chappel..
First of all, Indian team has only paper tigers and then there are ppl suggesting return of ganguly who now a days cannot boast anything on paper let alone real situations. About the current Team this is the weakest team excluding zimbabave and some newbie teams. There is not a single player who can boast consistency against quality bowling in the recent past(that includes tendulkar too). Under such circumstances it is impossible to have some hope for the worldcup. A good team for the world cup with a very very slim chance to make it to semi final
1) Tendulkar (No choice....he is the best among the worst) 2) Dravid (Need somebody to protect batsman after him) 3) VVS Laksman (can bat well in foriegn bouncy conditions) 4) Dhoni 5) Gautam Gambhir (No sehwag... ten 10s and one 100 means a very horrible average and least contribution but 10 30s and one 50 is a lot better) 6) Yuvraj 7) pathan (batting option....may get lucky bowling). 8) zaheer ( has made good in foriegn conditions recently) 9) Agarkar (always dependable abroad) 10) Nehra (same as agarkar) 11) harbajan (No kumble....only one lion can live in a forest not two.)
The team has noit performed well.A loss would say that always but..Dont put blame on Rahul the wall or the coach.Its Team India that lost.
Take the loss as positive bcos this is not a great loss(compared to loss in 2003 final) and think again and analyze the senarios bcos that is going to happen again.We dont want again any loss in 2007.
Bowlers have to take the burden on them.Particularly I see Irfan as a bad bowler and good all rounder.We want a bowler who can bowl accurately on any given day and score a little not bowl bad and score 50 runs.
Please allow Kumble and lakshman to have a go rather saying we need only youngsters...Exp does not matter at all...
Come on India gets ur feet on ground and speak the words of deeds.
Change the thinking at least now before its too late.bring back Ganguly into the team.Give performers a chance in the team..its a shame looking at the team's performance offlate....
Ganguly definitely did not deserve this kind of treatment..he was a very good captain and a great batsman..its all politics..maybe he was haughty but it still doesnt take away his achievements..he deinitely should come back and then maybe he can retire gracefully...they should give him a chance..

Irony: BCCI exists due to Indian fans. Do fans have say in team select? Good to see that there is vociferous support for Nehra & Khan.
Player: Plus comments Laxman, Nehra, Ganguly, Kumble are musts in this side. Laxman: You score 100 & drop a catch. is it better than scoring 20 and not taking any? Someone might argue- catches win matches. If bowlings so pathetic, why blame 1 dropped catch on him? Sehwag, Kaif, Sachin apart - name 1 fielder who doesn't?
Nehra: Best bowling ever by Indian in World cup - 6/23 vs Eng in 2003. Remember he was our best bowler in WC final (59runs). Inclusion is psychologically damaging for opposition, but whos listening? Fielding is bad! Are others gaining rave reviews? Irfan flops vs West Indies - both bat & ball cos they handle his pace easily. Nehra wud've done well as he swings ball in the air. Most world teams have weakness here. i also thought Nehra would have made a great pinch-hitter as he is a clean hitter. Ganguly: Take other team head-on; aggressiveness 1/2 match won. Worth more than few runs. Kumble: Best bowling figures 6/12. Great strategist good VC. Common sense defied by BCCI in leaving him
