Now its high time Chapell should say goodbye to Indian Team. He should be sack right away and at the right time otherwise once again we will be badly beaten in the coming world cup 2007. Dravid as a captain is also not doing a great job, he too needs to concentrate more in his batting rather doing captaincy . He is our Pillar no doubt of it but becoz of this captaincy he is losing concentration . He is a great bats man but not a true leader and a fighter. True Leader in Indian Cricket is only one that is our Prince of Kolkata Saurov . He is the true leader and i still remember him when he made his boys fought like a hero in the NATWEST SERIES in England. How can we forget this true leader who took out his Jersey and Waved around in Natwest series final. We should not forget him and his aggression towards the game . Indian team need aggressive captain at the moment . He has made us and India proud in so many series and test matches but becoz of this Chapell he is not in the team otherwise this 2006 ICC trophy would have been ours. So dear selectors please do some changes before its too late and see after the changes we will come home with a World Cup mark my word.
Indian players are getting more than enough money for playing cricket only, apart from they get huge money from ad. world. The players should be realized that their palce in team india is not for granted.They should be paid only if they perform well and team win.Nothing if india lose. Contract system should be abolished as the players like Ganguli and Laxman are getting Rs. 50 Lac in year for not playing a single match.

After exit of Md.Azharuddin, Indian team was going through a difficult phase.Then Saurav Ganguly took over the Indian teams reins. Ganguly slowly and steadily build the team in that difficult condition.The team he built, did not have players like Dhoni,Pathan,Munaf Patel,Sreesanth initially. But still he started delivering the goods. We all remember Nat-West final,World cup 2003, Trip to down under 2003 etc etc.
I feel very sorry to say , whatever team India has learnt under Saurav Ganguly as far as Team commitment, fighting capabilites,oneness in the team is concerned, Mr.Greg Chappel and Company is out there to destroy those thing. I want to ask How a foreign national could know about players commitment towards Motherland.Secondly, Mr.Rahul Dravid is a thorough Gentleman. But in todays sports, we donot need gentleman, but a better tactician, a better captain who can manage all the team members.
Further, I would like to add that at present Indian team is consists of lot of bits and pieces cricketers.That is they can bat,bowl and field,but when situation arises they fail in all the department of the game. therefore team should have 5 bat,4 bowlers,1 allrounder and 1 WKeepers.
I think you have did right thing by including Kumble (Real Fighter), Zaheer and Jaffer.
Kumble will be success in S/Africa for quick in the in Air SPin and yorkers.
Zaheer with execellent line and lenght and Jaffer with fine Technich to defende midle order to colleps (Some one like Michael Beven & Mike Hussay) from any fast atack of any team (RSA/ Auss / Pak / W I or NZ.)
But you have missed Mr. Balaji in place of Agarkar.
Now Immediately wants experienced successful captain.
We know that Dravid is good player. But learn lessons from cricket critical position decisions.He was some fears to them (Selection Committee and Gre. Chappell).
At presents skill captaincy who is the best of " Great Saurav" requires Indian team.
The selection commitee dont see ego on Sourav ganguly.Now we need great victory and to get best perform of every player. If sourav back to Indian team, he should go to climbing cricket mountain surely. Definitely, he should get form.

Ashish Nehra, Zaheerkhan, Balaji, Anil kumble, Ramesh Powar are best successful bowlers having India team.But they are out of Indian team. No, anybody personality with technique fast bowlers in presently squad. What can they do? All are new bowlers. They have do learn techniques from senior bowlers.

Even after sunday`s match our eyes are not opened. We still keep the same nonperformers with additional 3 players. It appears we donot have strength to dislodge The Guru Greg from the chair of Coach,Consultant,& selector and Rahul Dravid from the post of skipping skiper without any leadership capacity & aggresiveness and will continue to make Flop Shows. Let us come out of eggshell of mastering of white skin.Team will automatically improve. Of course we have to stop giving any value to the advertisement made by nonperformers.
