India is the best cricket playing team that nobody can turn down . But since team is lagging allrounders who can turn away the crucial matches this is the major cause india is loosing most of the matches since they are dependent on the batsman /bowler specifically if we can find players who can perform both with ease it comes handy to india and makes our nation proud......
Prepare the fast and bouncy pitches. If possible we have to bring soil from Australia. Each state in the country should have pitches resembling each country. Mainly Australia, Westindies, South Africa and England. We should be fair in selection from grass root level. We have to spend and build cricket grounds and cricket from the grass root level i.e starting with the villages. Making agreements with cricket boards of Australia and Southafrica to allow our players to play in thier domestic cricket like in England. We have to inculcate professionalism in all sports and games athletes.
1.zonalbase selection committe to be abolished. 2.only those who have played atleast 20 tests and 10 odis should be in the selection committe. 3.introduction of performance based pay.no performance-nopay.. 4.sportive pitces for domestic tournaments. 5.team combination should be60%experinced&40%youth. 6.amotivating captain. if all the above are scruplessly followed certainly teamIndia will be aworld beater.
I think, if we reverse our past,i.e. Captain as Sourav Ganguly,Coach as K.Srikant. I don't understand, why BCCI appointed Foreign Coach to spend our valuable resorces even we have outstanding players like,K.Srikant,G.Biswanath,S.Gavaskar and so on.
i think our player is having much more experience nad tellant then any other team like sachin dravid but problem is they are not applying it coorectly.second reason of poor performance is selection commiteee pressure on our players. they should be given more times to practice rahter then sponsorship i think BCCI should ban sponsorers for sponsering player.by this way then can perform welland i hope they will by world cup time othewise public have to again throw stones on their home
They are looking tired and exposed skill lot so we have to try new young players along with some of the inform old players.Some of the pitches in india should be change for supporting fast and bounce. we have to conduct lot of local matches here to find a good player.
Our cricket is weak in all the three departments, viz., bowling, fielding and batting. We have to include people who are relatively athletic on field and cricketers must be stopped from acting in commercials. We need more bouncy pitches in India and laggers should be dropped out of team. Irrespective of reputation of an individual in the team, BCCI has to take strict measures to eliminate out of form people from the team. We should of more reserves, so that, we can have more options from time to time. Our team india lacks consistency and BCCI has to find the ways to make the team more consistent. Our team members should be professionals rather than, entrepreneures. BCCI should impose strict rules on the amount of money that, cricketers earn through adds and other commercial stuff. Our basic Phycology, that is, running after more money is making our team weak. Politics played within the team and in the selection board should be within limits. Politics in Indian cricket should be constructive.
