india should go to world cup with experienced players.. youngsters also can be given chance.. but they have to prove their skills unless they should not get chance... in other countries they will not give chance even if scored century.. that should have to followed in india.. because nowadays players are thinking if we scored century in one its enough then they will after seven to ten matches.. that should be changed unless these changes have india will not rank 1... jai hind
Only 3 simple things.. For present kick out Chappell. Think of 2011 world cup as goal. After 2007 WC make Sehawg the captain and a build a new team around the nucleus of Sehwag,Pathan,Dhoni,Harbhajan,Munaf and Zaheer Khan.
Our team has no bowling tendancy & Dravid has no well captancy skill. so we are loosing our team. we have good youth players in all over the country.please utilise them.Dont make bias between the states. give chance to them. For good captancy please re appoint the Bengal Tiger- sovrov ''GANGULY' TO OUR TEAM .He is the best captain to our team, who took our team upto world cup final. so please reappoint him as a indian team captan.
thus we able to make " INDIA AS A WORLD BEATER TEAM"
there is no need of major shuffling of the team though i would agree 1 or 2 changes may b needed. Right now also India is a world class team & ti is going to perform exceptionally well in World cup..

Yes two changes Remove Dravid as Captain and sent chappel to Australia better to Antartica.
There are a number of issues to be sorted out to make the present indian team to be the world-beaters.
First and foremost requirement is the will power among the team members. Form in cricket is not a consistent phenomenon. All cricketers either a batsman or bowler come across slumps in their career. Even great players like Sachin, Ponting, Lara etc. have encountered painful periods in their career, when they were totally out of form. My point is to say that the player has to have faith in himself, a strong will power and a gust to bounce back with a bang. Many great players reach their top status mainly because of this great requisite. Our team members doesn't have the enough of this character in their blood. This could be improved through proper counselling and practise of YOGA and MEDITATION.
Second is the consistency of bowling line and length. We are far ahead of all other teams in terms of batting (atleast on paper), but the sad story is that our bowlers shine only in tailor-made pitches. The bowlers need to put the ball at the right areas making the run making difficult for the opposite bats.
Third is the fitness. This will ensure a good fielding side. All are possible!
It would never happen in Indian Cricket. As the ICC senior personal Mr. Malcolm Speed said, we have 100 million people, but there is no proper & dedicated players in the squad to withstand & fulfill the challenge. Whereas the Windies or Aussies or Newzees were 6million / 4million/5million population & they are always there in the top of any competition.
Simply our people have no strong nerves. They easily succumb to pressures.
Greg Chappel with highest fees or any body in the world with still higher payment could nurture the missing \\\'strong nerves \\\'.
this is nothing but a meagre waste of time (talking about indian cricket) We keep on talking about them n the media has also given the hype for so long now but nothing seemed to have made this indian team to fight(for pride atleast),they're just earning as much as possible by getting into the team n forgetting what they have to do n crushing under pressure situations is a constant factor in the indian team. Its not about the money, nor the fame. u're playing behalf of a billion people. so u should play with your full heart n as a team to win. winning is not easy its a collective effort. but if u play as a team u'll definitely win, for tat everyone in the team has to work hard by not giving 100%, by giving 150%. tats tough. but still tats wat u're payed to do. n u should not see it just as a game, its a great opportunity for them. but they're not using it to make the team proud. instead they're always letting the team down on the top level n the people in this country always wants the team to do well. tats tough. but atleast to salvage the pride of the Indian cricket they should win the upcoming WC if not i've decided tat i'm not going to watch this indian cricketing action anymore.
