Hi Friends, i am here to post few comments....Need much improvements in different areas.In last interview dravid told "We had learnt much in this season,boys had good practice match,still more cricket to come before worldcup".Then when will you going to win.They want to play with full responsibilties like importance of a wicket,etc., Basically Pathan is a gud swing bowler but coach making him as all rounder so pathan is not able to concentrate on his line & length.For the few matches he pooverly performed. I think Dravid trying to keep his captaincy job not in batting.For the last 10 matches he performed poorly. Dhoni is a gud WK but he doesn't encourage bowler for each & every delivery.He didn't get time to concentration on his work becaz he is busy with acting ads.he need to work on spin balls. Rania is a young cricketer he has time to develop all skills, find some other option for Raina like Kaif/Mongia.Yuvaraj also is out of form,he need more hard work to comeback his form but he didn't get time just like dhoni.coach need different strategy about each & every player.While practicing he need to track each & every players flaws & finally he should contervesy with that player

idiot r u a mental or not. how dare you are telling ganguly to become captain he is a stupid fellow.he do all kind of politics in the team and spoil the atmosphere. under dravid captain only india reached no.2 position. now there is some slum period.if our people rectify there errors and play like a team and for the country then we will become a no.1
First of all we dont want any foreign coach. We need peoples like sunil Gavaskar,kapil dev for batting and bowling coach also we need Sidhu to encourage people and obvioulsy for criticism.+ a yoga specialist,nothing better than yoga. BCCI should realise that we are not shortage of resources in terms of coach. I think its time for us to say 'Good Bye to some of our Genius,keeps failing at crucial matches. i dont want to mention their names. Players themselves to be blamed for the failure, none ofthe department done so well so why do we require foreign coach. I think its time for the management to bring Dada(most successful captain) in to action alteast for the world cup. Dravid is good but not so good for captaincy. Lets dravid do his batting work. Lets hope for the best. A True Indian..Jai Hind .......... None of the team got success with foreign coach may be for time being....... Look out Srilanka and Pakistan
V shud train a parallel talentd youngr team with bowling/batting coach to replace any non-performer in Original Indian Team. 1)V hav to pick up Junior Team like (a)5 Batsman(b)3/4 Fast Bowlers(c)1 Off Spin& 1 leg spin (d)4/5 Allrounders who can bat at any number and also can bowl pace/spin. 2)V can use any best caoches with contract or remuneration on monthly basis (To Pay on playing months&Non-Payment on non playing months)from the panel of Sandip Patil,Mohinder Amarnath,Kapil Dev,Gavaskar,Ravi Sastri,Srinath,Robin Singh,Ganguly etc., 3)By doing this way,Oiginal team members will perform well scaring their place may be sacked or they will be removed. 4)Player selected, should not endorse in any advertisement for first 10-15 One dayers/10-15 Tests.in case his performance is good, he can be allowed for advertisedments. 5)To bring a policy non-performances should be knoked out without any priority. 6)Should show more video's of All matches and how each team bringing their team to winning.Discuss all strenths and weakness of each bowler and batsman and fielding placements of each batsman. By doing this way, India will reach to No.1 spot and will win continous matches. 4)
Follow the champions....ussies have created a bench mark,try to reach that.
Reducing the 1st class teams and making grounds all over India especially villages is the right way at the structure level...
Coming to present ind team...one wonders why our team stops accelerating if a few wickets fall.With 7 batsmen,we should attack more just like Aussies do even after losing quick wickets.
Irfan should build up more pace and his batting at 7 would be more appropriate...Dhoni should com in at 5 to face more deliveries.Sehwag needs to play better or get ready to be dropped. Evrything else seems in place.Just decide if we can do with VRV Singh as he has shown tremendous skill on bouncing tracks especially in challenger series regards harsha
see people earlier while playing champions trophy 2002 and world cup 2003 indian performance was awesome the way they used to play. individual performances were so brilliant.ganguly took india to final of wc2003.bowlers used to bowl superbly.now i dont know what has happened to indian team .if they perform like this then in wc2007 ithinkthey wont be able to qualify even for semis. something needs to be done.rahul dravid and chappell has to do strategies basically after india being eliminated from champions trophy 2006. gentlemen please dont mind
Following are some of the suggest to revive TEAM INDIA.
(1) Your Indian cricket team members remunaration must be linked to the RESULT of each match ie if the teams wins remunaration should be given , if the team looses remunartion should not be given. At present each member is a satisfied person since his remunation is fixed irrespective of the result of the team. (2) Clearly identify who is a bolwer, who is batsman. At present there is this identity crises. Irfan has to think of batting as well as bolwing & in both the areas he is expected to EXCEL. Irfan is a bolwer & should concentrate on blowing only.
(3) Just imagine a situation where in all the 10 players make 30 runs each & each bolwer takes 2 wickets each - this should be target.
I would like to tell that the fact is We need Sourov Ganguly in India team because i can tell that he didn't get the opportunity soon after getting out of the captainship as well as from the team. he is one of the world known batsman for the India and he took in Indian hand lot of matches and developed the team unders him.
I ve seen all countries up and down, but India\'s up daown trend is pethatic. Therse is a great concern over Indian Cricket. Now days it is pethatic and lot of iritation to see cricket in which India is playing. We dont ve 11 players out of 110 crores of population. Is there lot of politics or high publicity of players. Its a game of entertainment and lot of exited funs, still how to spare 8hrs game. Cant live or cant spare. Cant we compete with english and kangaru bloods. Who is answarable, our pupils or cricket team or cricket board. We dont ve our own legend to couch.
Team India can become world beaters if they stop concentrating professionally on endorsements and divert it to the game,although coaches cannot win matches ,Chappell miserably failed to deliver to instill good batting technics to the team.If we have a glance at recently concluded champions trophy the lone win against England is far from convincing.Forget about bowling for a while Chappell being great batsmen couldnot teach good batting technics to the team.Including Dravid who was regarded as The Great Wall of India seems to have lost his batting skills ,Dhoni,Pathan,and Raina are still boyish and there is no maturity visible in their batting.Simply playing lofted shots and scoring a fifty here and there will never win matches.As our Chairman of selectors rightly pointed there is shortage of talent in the team.Coming to World cup since we cannot replace Greg Chappel at this juncture its better he starts teaching the team atleast batting and since There is no Bowling resources which are penetrating,the onlw way is to strengthen the batting as in WEST INDIES the pitches are not much conducive to bowlers.
