Firstly Dravid and chappell should forgo there ego's and bring back good players ,Dravid should not think Ganguly as a threat to his captaincy and he should have confidence in his old mate.Our team was fairly strong uncer John wrigHt and Ganguly .We won Icc Championbs tropy in SL (2002),won Tests in WI,Eng,Aus and Series aginst Pakistan . Beat Aussies ,Proteas in India and reached WC Final in SA but Dravid and Chappel rather thna buliding on that base have destroyed and look what we are losing every match to a team like WI

Hi, My opinion is that the Indian Board has to look into serious cricket not rather than just look for money making tactics.... Of late they are only into this they are not concentrating what the Selectors do whom they select.... Just making petty politics not concerned totally with our cricket just money money money....Media rites(Money).... Just looking into fixtures outside cricket playing countries(again making money)...
Why not take strong actions against players dont perform and selectors? Board is the real culprit for all the poor cricket of Indian team
we must keep chappel as a coach for minimum 5 years, and ask to players to follow his instructions. keep away from cricket to media & former players spacially who can't make much more for indian team. ban to adds & give the bonous prises to the players who share the imp roll in winning match.
Its good to enthuse young bloods like Raina,Yuvi,Kaif in the team but at the same time we sud not forget the experience. A person of Ganguly's or Laxma's calibre n experience sud always find a place in the team. No doubt that there had been problem with the attitude of ganguly but at the same time he sud have been repriimanded instead of throwing him out of the team. Is this wat we do to our most successful captain? Lets not forget the contribution he had made to this team. Though it can be termed as his arrogancy, yet this arrogancy has given a new lease of life to the MEN IN BLUE. One can easily visulaize the changes in the attitude of the players, they became more killer n not chokers, better finishers.............But perhaps we have forgotten all these.....cos v indians r good at forgetting the good deeds. Further have v forgotten the credentials as ONE DAY BATSMAN he has......V r talking abt Dhoni DHO DALA. But have v forgotten the DHO DALNA of Saurav....Friends its time v take a stock of the situation and bring in LAXMAN & GANGULY in the team......perhaps Gambhir/Utthappa shuould also be given a chance. Lets see hw Raina fairs in S AFRICA. This will surely decide his fate.
Take Malcolm Speed's words seriously. Not in anger. Money alone does not make a Great Team. Stop paying people on the basis of past performance. It is ridiculous that Sachin and Sania's Ad income increases as their performance nose-dives! Like in Professional Companies pay for the present performance, match by match and review every series. This way the door will open up for many youngsters in different games.
