For india any team to be the world beater, bothe the batting as well as bowling need to click at he same time, while this thing never happen although opposite of this has happened a lot of time in which neither the bowling and batting click. Secondly, India should not try to be oversmart by playing too young people in their teams. Now, we can compare the Indian team with the Australia, they prefer the experience while india they prefer the youngster, so when they come in front of good players they never perform well, and if they perform well, they never does it in second time as think they have done over their limit.
Loathe him or dislike him, Ganguly was the man who resurrected Indian cricket from the gloomy days when it was heading towards the inevitable doom. Indian cricket is sliding back to the mid-90's phenomenah of meek surrender to the opponents. We were never a great side under him but we were always competetive. We were not the numbero uno but we were second only to the mighty Aussies and were always capable of defeating them on any given day. Now it looks impossible to beat even WI. The team then had a killer instinct about it. It was joyful to watch the young guns battling for glory and much of the credit should go to Ganguly. The present team looks like going through the motion on the field. We lost matches under Ganguly but never lost the spirit. Ganguly should be brought back, atleast as a batsman. He is better than the likes of Kaif, Raina and Mongia on any given day. His experience can help him in playing in the middle order also. That will also remind Sehwag of the impending exclusion on non-performance. Probably, Pathan and Raina would have been different players had Ganguly been around. Don't you think so?
First of all Dravid should resign as his performance as a captain is the poorest of all. Secondly, all the big names including Tendulkar's should be given a last chance & if they do not perfom they should be out giving ways to raw talent of India.
After loosing so many matches in a row and not even to make it upto the semifinals,Team India is in the state of confusion as so many incidents happened one by one.First, Removal of Kiran More as a selector.Although fingers were raised on him but he should have been in the selection committe till the world cup.We knew that World Cup is near and after remowal of chairman of the selection committee,the new chairman will take his own time to understand the Indian cricket politics before actually performing his role.At Least, Politics should not be forced into the Games where only performance gives you the result.But due to so much money involved everybody gives weight to other things instead of game.Secondly remove all the people from the management as well as from the selection committe who does not have any knowledge of cricket.What role is Mr.Dungarpur playing in the team?.Include people like Kapil Dev,Sunil gavaskar,Srikanth,Mohinder Amarnath in the management.Although there not enough time left for the world cup but still India has the potential to reach the finals and can win.Above all a sincere team effort is required from players,coach and Management.
I think we ought to replace the captain and get back the man under whose leadership India did considerably well- Saurav Ganguly.Also,it seems we would soon need a "Limited Advertisement Law" for our cricketers restricting their burgeoning participation in advertisements,brand promotions etc.This would get them back to some hard work which seems to be seriously lacking now.Also,the coach is perhaps a more detrimental effect than being an inspiration. Its time the Indian cricketers realised that it is the nation they represent,not the brands they promote and the Indian cricketing fans are not fools to endorse their aloofness towards the game.Its a question of national pride and that is something we never compromise with!!!

Changing captain at this stage when world cup is just few months ahead, makes no sense.Rather we should think how to make our team better so that we perform reasonably well in WC.It is very unfortunate that players like Ganguly and Laxman are not getting a chance to prove their caliber at international level.It's known fact that inspite of playing well at domestic level there are players who don't perform at International level.It's time that our selectors accept this fact and give them a fare chance.In the past we have given so many chances to yuvraj and kaif (rather still giving)to get back to their form.It's time that we think of the world cup seriously and improve in our strategies and performance accordingly.

Call back GANGULY and give him the opportunity to lead the Indian team. Compared to Ganguly , Dravid is USELESS. Dravid have no confidence about his own batting, then how he can make others confident. So better thing is gave one more chance to Ganguly to lead the team from the very next tournament, so that he can found a stablilty in his own batting and can train our team to win the WORLD CUP .
EAST OR WEST , GANGULY IS BEST AS THE CAPTAIN OF INDIA
'Performance' is the key word.we don't want our team to make new records, we don't want our so called big guns to feature at the top of ICC rankings. The only thing what we are longing for is a good consistent performance from Indian team. We all know that we have the talent and skills, its just the mental strength we are lacking in.we need to motivate our side to perform consistently. There was a news few days back that the BCCI will reward the players as per their performance. The problem with this 'policy' is that the players don't even consider their contract money in their total annual income. They earn much more through add compaigns. I think BCCI should also take over with these add compaigns and the best performing player should be awarded with the most effluent add compaign..may be that will help to get the most out of our players.
As u told that Ganguly should be made as capatian & Dravid Should be removed. sensible007 this fellow is telling that under ganguly india won 8 matches against Auses. when Dravid made 233 runs & won the match single handedly were was ur Ganguly Don't speak about Rahul dravid.If u want post mssg post it.Their 11 players in team tell this rest of guys ok
