ok agreed patthan is stragling with his fome in bolling but he contrubiting with bat. but management disided to send pathan to india then why not to sewag and wasim jaffer why only pathan?. sawag is not doing well batting and not even bolling. and wasim jaffer need to play more and more domestic cricket to play well in international cricket.
When Pathan can be sent back for his poor bowling form, atleast he could have been tried as an opener or one down batsmen and he would have scored runs better than either Shewag or jaffer and he could have been used as a sixth bowler.
If the board decided to send back Pathan on grounds of poor bowling form, Shewag, Jaffer too should have been sent back.
I think it was the correct decision to send Irfa back as this will give him time analyse the flaws that are there and will get good practise in the domestic season. The Indian management should also do the same to Virendra Sehwag, but I do not understand why he is allowed to play when he is in such poor form.(Management - please look at this seriously
As a Bowler, Irfan has to be sent back for his worst form.
If any one thinks his batting is good, We need his bowling back than his batting.
When he bowls good it will be more strength to India.
Other Chance will be make him as opener and use his bowling as part time bowler to make his bowling back in the international arena as indian batting now is worse and don't forget he had hit century and displayed good scoring form in the practice match.
