the lose of confidence of pathan can be regained by making him play again.. since he is not playing in tests.. there is no point in keeping him over there..
yes pathan deserve this treatment....so as shewag..he is an liability to the team at this moment...... why don't he himself understand it and back out of team to learn basics like ganguly and claim his stakes into the team?
Dear sehwag please return from africa because a perfect batsman have good technic and footwork but you miss both technic so you are not deserve to stay in India Team so for our country and your country please back to home, god say. Sehwag you are a worst batsman in 21st Century and deserve award of worst batsman of the century.
It was absolutely right to send Pathan back .. he is not the same that he was a season back, and is looking a pale shadow of the oprecocious talent that was on display in Pakistan, Australia and other places when India was on a roll .. He should work his way back into the Indian team, and so should others like Virender Sehwag, Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina, Mohammad Kaif, and their like .. No one should think that he is indispensable, and allowed to be there just for the heck of it .. Virender Sehwag (for the horrendous shot that he played first ball yesterday, if not for for the other dismal performances over the last six months) should also be put on that plane back to India immediately .. It does seem that he will never learn that 'discretion is the better part of valour', and feels that come what may but the team management will never drop him .. Let him learn that the tide can turn, and how!!!!!
If Pathan was sent back for his poor form, why not sehwag ?? He should also sent home. Selection board should take action. They hav sent ganguly home for his poor form... Dont knw why he are not sending sehwag ?? They should take some good decisions....
Remove Sehwag at once! Agreed that he has talent...natural stroke making talent. But it's not working. He is not performing. He is not trying to improve on his consistancy of making the same mistake.
If he can stay in the team then call VINOD KAMBLI, Kaif, Badani, Karthik, Powar, Nehra, Kanitkar, Sodhi, Mohanti, etc. Agarkar should always be in the team. If this had been the scale Robin Singh should have played for long time.
If you can remove Ganguly giving one of the reasons as his form then Sehwag MUST BE REMOVED. If Sehwag can stay now then Dravid should have never gone away from the ODI team when he was labeld "not a ODI material". Dravid was making at least 10-15 runs on an average.
Since Sehwag has been given sooooo many chances I can guarantee there is some partiality/favourtism/dirty politics going on. Players are not being picked on the basis of their form.
It is absolutely simple he is not delivering...he should be removed.
we all know this and we all know that he will not be removed BUT I am sure next game, Jaffer is going to be out on the basis of his FORM.
Even if Sehwag is removed it will be labled as some injury, I can give it in writing!
Patahan should not send back. Right now he is the best ever batsman in Indian cricket team. If you have noticed, he slammed century in one of the tour matches, which no other indian player could made in current South african tour. So Indin selector shoudl drop Sehwag and should play Pathan as batsman.
It is good for pathan to return, he can improve & come back with new energy. He must correct his bowling by consulting wasim akram & kapild dev. Sehwag, jaffer must return & undergo the same practise as of zaheer khan & ganguly. Dont forget that cricket is religon in our country & they are awarded with enormous fortune, there fore, it is obligatory to perform. If they failed then other must go in. Professionalism is not just only grabbing money but to understand the responsibility to perform & give results.
