Pathan has definitely to first perform as a fast bowler for Indian Cricket team. His good batting ability will be a bonus for the team. The problem with pathan is that he is concentrating more on his batting than the bowling. If he can bowl to his potential then we can certainly find another allrounder like Kapil Dev for Indian cricket.
Indian board is abig joke, no comments, if any player score more than 45 or 50,all praises if country looses the match ,so many comment about everyone, they do not leave the coach give them a rest till janauary ,and then start with new season
or i can say indian board is big joke see sehwag average must 14 ,is kept , ranji guys are foolish or time pass they cannt look at them , give them achance too
The decision to send pathan back is right.kos it is not sure that selector's will give him chance to play in 11.so it is good to come back than to stay n watch the matches in S.A. It is better to come n concentrate in practise in Ranji.
Sending pathan is wrong dicision.They should send sehwag and wasim back and pathan should play at sixth place and at wasim's place gambir should play.Because pathan is good in batting in south africa.He has performed very well.If you wanted bowler,you should have kept bowlers same kumble,srisanth and zaheer.They should keep pathan as batsman incase of problem of batsman.But segwag must be sent back to india.At present pathan is batting batter then other batsman.
It is injustice. Let Shevag, Dravid and Jaffer also be sent back. Indian selectors are killing Cricket in India. All players should be stoppped in acting in publicity while they are in the team. Pathan,Balaji and Jaheer are wonderful combination known to the world. Selectors should not demoralize the players.
Mr.Pathan should not have been sent back in the middle of the tour.He is a good allrounder.He performs with the bat too, better than the non performing front line batsman.Either shewag and jaffar are the pers to be sent back.
i would like to say that the board members and the coach have disturbed pathans carrier but not allowing him to play at south africa.he is a very promising youngster who can tilt tha game on indias favour.i would rather prefer pathan to vrv singh.what has vrv done till now.pathan is an allrounder he bats very well and can be a thorn for south africa and he can give good openings in bowling also. i am very sorry for pathan to what i say a harsh treatment he has got.
Pathan now alrounder player.He improved the batting side is very good.Atfirst he bowling side very good,But when he coming as a bats man,he forget his bowling side.But i think that he must be improved his bowling also bat side.So, now, I think imediately must be back to pathan as a alrounder.
Irfan is basically a bowler, but he has proved that he can bat well. So as a player, he his doing his duty, either in batting or bowling.
Why the selectors have not turned to shewag. His he really playing well. Irfan is far better than Shewag. So the selectors has to selected first. They should know, what they want.
The move made by the selectors to make him quit in the middle of the series is very stupidity
it is a right decision. I feel even Sehwag also needs to be sent home immediately to get adequate practice for himself and play properly in international cricket.
