Yes it is perfectly alright to send him back coz he became a non-performer and anybody who becomes frigid should be send back so as to rejuvenate themselves. I believe many should follow suit. Mr. Sehwag, Mr Master Blaster Sachin Ramesh Tandulkar. I beleive Mr. Jaffer saved himself this time with a timely century. Otherwise he would also had to follow suit.
its not right to send player back home in the middle of the series, but if BCCI is made a rule through if any player is not performing he will be sent back home so this rule should be applicable to all players whether he is junior or senior member of the team, like Virendra Sehwag continously he is not performing and the team management keep giving him chance i dont know why, if BCCI is not sending sehwag back home then why he picked up in playing 11 in final test, that shows BCCI make rules only for few players or for themselves.
no i dont think so becoz is he played well in warm up match he was un beetan on 100odd runs no india is facing bating problem so it would b the advantage if he scores and take few wickets
no...but taking into the consideration of upcoming world cup if the player is not in good form then such step may be taken but i think he should be in 15 member squad as he has played a good knock earlier ....but when it comes regarding the bowling side then i would say tht he should improve ....but i should say why irfan only why not sehwag ....and afterall all players are going in bad form...as performance of team india is worsened.
If you are looking Pathan as your main bowler, here you are wrong. Just look at him as allrounder, who can bat as well as ball. Jaheer Khan and Srisanth are your main bowler. You can use Pathan as fourth or fifth bowler. Who can bat at seventh Position or sometime at third position. If you are looking at Pathan as your main bowler, then you are wasting him. Just use his capabiliteis, and not put pressure on him.
i doubt if anyone is actually looking in the team India. we have the worst set of players as of now. there is not a single player whom we can trust upon. mr wall seem to made of mud instead of cement. i also feel why are these politicians involved in cricket ??? do they less of work in their ministries ? if that is the case, mr prime minister need to allocate them with more portfolio and save the game of cricket.
They should not have picked him up for the tour. I feel they still had the confidence in him that he could be back to his form at South Africa since the pitches suits him well and with few good spells him confidence level would be boosted. But the things went the other way round for Irfan & the team management. It is nothing wrong him sending him back and inspite he can also work around the basics and get ready soon for the world cup which is going to start short while from now. He has got good enough time to work on and will surely be on track for the world cup.
