Amongst the umpteenth criticisms from his own countrymen, that started right from the early days of his cricketing career and still all-pervasive, Ganguly continues to show his toughness, mettle and determination. At the same time, he is the most successful, arguably the best too, skipper India has ever produced. His batting has come under a bit of scratchy patch during his captaincy, otherwise he would have been the highest ODI run-getter by now, surpassing Sachin Tendulkar.
Sourav, congratulations on reaching another milestone in your career. But also note that your slow batting rate was instrumental in loosing the match. Hope to see your aggressive batting going forward.
As all the persons are predicting, Dada did exactly like that. He hit a nice knock. May be some peoples said about the slow inning but look at the pitch behaviour and the team performance as well. Also look at the factor its a come back match for him. He was out of form as well. By looking at all the factors i think its a wonderful inning. I wish him all the best for future. And i would like to say him that "Let his Blade says all the thing.... Dont's use his mouth". He is a wondeful batsmen. He is the third batsmen in the world who score more than 10,000 Runs in ODI's. So his records is saying all the things.
