Greg had been an outstanding player in his hey days.But he hadn't any past record of coaching.
How the panel took him as a coach.Even if he was taken he should have been taken a bit b'fore.Moreover he has been very outspoken.there had been hardly any day a player of calibre of little master would say anything ab't coach.
I agree sachin shouldn't have done what he did in press conference.But questioning his attitude & commitment is not right is a disrespect to a player like him.On captaicy I would like to have Dravid to be retained.
Call Kaif back to the team so that U can groom him under dravid as a captain.He had guided us to a U-19 world cup victory & Maiden cup victory of UP .If sehwag can be given a chance why can't he be .He was dropped when he was avging o'er his carrer avg.
He should be given a continuos test cap.
On other aspects we should have a fielding coach & a bowling coach instead of having a biomechanics.
On Ranji matches ,we should invite players from
other countries so that players going to international arena can cope up with the batting style,pace ,spin of opposition players .20-20 format should be introduced into Ranji format so that players can learn scoring with a great speed under tight sitn' .Pitches should be renovated to match with that of Australia , England & SA.
Its often noticed when Sevag donot click team India takes a beating&when savag gets out acouple of times, every one is gunning for him.There are many senior players Who does not perform to one single vitory&are not in form or among the runs and they keep playing.Isay all players should be like Sevag sothat afew click we will win
I WAS PAINED TO SEE TENDULKAR'S STATEMENT REGARDING GREG CHAPPELL QUESTIONING HIS ATTITUDE I THINK LIKE ANY AUSTRALIAN GREG HAS BEEN VERY FRANK AND FORTHCOMING IN HIS ANYLYSIS OF THE PROBLEM. THE COACH CAN HELP A TEAM TO AN EXTENT AND HIS PLANS HAS TO BE IMPLEMENTED ON GROUND BY THE PLAYERS.THE PATHETIC DISPLAY BY THE SENIOR PLAYERS ARE TESTIMONEY OF WHAT SORTS OF ATTITUDE PLAYERS HAVING.THEY PLAYED AS IF THEY ARE NOVICES AND LOOSING TO MINNOWS LIKE BAMGALDESH IS UNPARDONABLE.PLAYING UNDER WATEVER CONSTRAIN THE SHOW WHICH TENDULKAR IS PUTTING NOT ONLY IN THIS WORLD CUP BUT IN OTHER MATCHES PRIOR TO IT DEFINATELY INDICATIVE OF HIS ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE GAME WHICH HAS GIVEN HIM LOT OF MONEY AND POSITION AS DEMI GOD. When will team India start scoring 275 runs and above consistently every match and when will they restrict the opponents for the less than the same total

Score reviews
1. Every batsman is suppose to have a current batting average of above 45 runs.
2. The batting average has to be reviewed every series or every 5 one day matches if the any series has only 3 one day matches.
3. Constant track of the performance of each batsman and the performance review for every 5 games. (The batsman should get a chance to bat)
4. If Sachin Dravid Ganguly or any batsman in the team is not averaging 45 runs in the just completed series or last 5 matches, they need to be DROPPED regardless if he is senior junior member some wrong decision by the empire Captain Vice Captain or he might have scored a 100 in the last gave of the series and still averages below 45.
5. As long as our batsman are getting runs on the board and our bowlers are able to take 10 wickets a match there is no need of so called Capitan of the team who should be assured of the place as indicated by selectors.
6. Why should be a Capitan assured in the playing 11 when he is not performing . Capitan%u2019s are not just to decide/ or take decision who is going to bowl when and when to go for power play, they are suppose to scores runs or bowl well as any other member in the team. All Rounder%u2019s (AR)
Every AR need to have a minimum batting average of 35
Ever AR need to get a chance to bowl at least on AN AVRAGE of 5 OVERS per match in which he is suppose to take minimum of 1 wicket and his economy rate should be below 6 runs per over.
This has to strictly reviewed every 5 matches and then only give the TAG OF ALL ROUNDER if the player is constantly performing again and again.
Any AR who is dipping in his batting average and could not consistently perform should be dropped and provide opportunity for another player who can do a better job.
If you can%u2019t provide a chance to bowl on average of 5 overs per match to an AR then don%u2019t call him as an AR and don%u2019t select people under that category. It is an easy way to get into team and stay long time without performing.
Regular Bowlers:
Ever RB need to have bowling average below 30.
Ever RB need to have a bowling economy rate of below 5
Ever RB need to be given a chance to bowl a minimum of 8 overs ON AN AVERAGE for each match in which he is suppose to take minimum of 2 wickets and this has to be reviewed ever 5 matches.
Exp Suppose if it is a 5 match series and if any Zaheer Khan takes 13 wickets and if he is at an economy rate of 6 he should be given next chance. If he gets 7 wickets and if he is at an economy rate of 5 then he should be dropped. Because he is not doing his job for which he is paid for. Can you and I sit quite without working for 3 quarters just because we are awarded as the best employee in the first quarter?
I work for a software company and I%u2019m not allowed to work for any other company (Other source of income) when I%u2019m performing my job why are BCCI employees our cricket team is allowed to have some other source of income.
If you can stop this then let rules apply for that.
If a batsman averages 1.5 times more than what he suppose to perform for two successive seasons (10 Matches) then he will be given permission for one commercial.
Exp If Sachin, Dravid, Dhoni, Ganguly averages more than 60 for two seasons (10 matches) then they will get a chance for two commercial.
If Z Khan A Agarkar takes 30 wickets in span of 10 matches and he keeps the economy rate less than 5 then he gets a chances for two commercials.
If we strictly follow these all Tendulakar%u2019s Dravid%u2019s Dhoni%u2019s Ganguly%u2019s will be under constant pressure to perform or look for a good 9AM to 5 PM job and be our colleagues .

come on man .you cannot be saying that best chuck out the oldies and nurture more youngsters
First thing is the adds that they concentrate more than the play. They hit 6 only in adds where there is no body in the ground. Since they mint money so much they don't concentrate in games. This can be changed and it is only in our hand, that is don't buy the products, where ever these players( sachin,sevak,kumble,agakar,uthappa etc.) appear on the adds. These players don't have patrotism and so neglect them. Next is our selection team, they should think twice or thrice before selection and should not bend for recommendation,politics etc. Try to select only youngsters not the old . Because of over confidence, they even never think or plan how to control runs and take vickets. We have to support other games like hockey,swimming,weight lifting etc.
A humble request from true indian is dont buy the products where our cricket stars are appearing it will cause a loss to the company and they will automatically cancel the agreement and our players will concentrate on cricket.....
Think of this our players are given protection on our money, they are earning on our money why dont we are still supporting them They are not having patrotism they why still we are treating like someone big like Gandhi,nehru,etc.. .
Please throw away the cricketers, support Hockey,Kabadi,atheletics,etc............ok

HOME COUNTRY.THEY ALL PLAYED FOR MONEY.AND THE ADDS.IF ITS FACT IT IS NOTHING BUT THEY ALL CHEATED THEIR MOTHER.ACCORDING TO ME CRORES TOGETHER FANS WERE REALLY DISAPPOINTED.AND 2 MEMBERS SUCIDE.ALL THIS WERE AN ACOUNTABLE.
