Victory and defeat are the 2 sides of a coin. We should not be highly reactive over the defeat of Indian team. However, we should try our level best to become the numero uno.
Indian team sucks to me, all players are concerned about thier money and fame. Look at the example of Austrailan team, brilliant. All play for thier country.
we have a chance to qualify for super 8. if all of the following conditions are satisfied without fail.
Ind has -0.14 pts Ind vs Bermuda - Ind should win by big margin (like by 150 runs or by 8 wkts with 10 overs remaining) 2.94 - 0.14 = 2.8 (sample) Ind va Srilanka - Ind should win by average margin (but narrow margin would be risky) 2.8 1.5 = 4.3 (sample)
Bangladesh has 0.14 pts Ban vs Srilanka- Sri should win by average margin (no need for big margin) -1.0 0.14 = -0.86 (sample) Ban vs Bermuda - Ban wins by narrow margine (average margine is also safe or Bermuda wins -- wont happen) - needs 5.2 in this game to beat indias 4.3 ie 5.1- 0.86 = 4.34
As per my preciction india has still a chance to qualify for super 8. But Srilanka should defeat bangladesh else our players can start packing their things......

I never believed, Dravid can be a good captain. Of course he is a good player... but not at all a good captain... He lacks the killer instinct and often makes wrong decisions... i find no reason why pawar was not included in the squad although he was far better than harbhajan and kumble... may be there was some sponsor pressure on bcci...

Every one know what Indian team is capable of and it was certainly a bad performance against B'desh but the reasons some people has given on this forum is not exactly right..
Sehwag's dismissal-- No Rahul's bad captaincy-- No Sachin's dismissal--- No Ganguly's slow batting--- No Pathan's and Karthik's omission from final 11-- No
I think even this team(which played) was capable of beating B'desh 49 times out of 50 but it was the "FEAR OF DEFEAT" which let them down....This "FEAR OF DEFEAT" factor put them under loads of pressure, and of course the big stage also helped in building pressure.. If you are in "FEAR OF DEFEAT" YOU CAN NEVER GIVE YOUR 100% and in this match even a child could say who play "Gully cricket" in your streets that Indian players were under pressure from ball one (thats the reason behind Dada's slow batting) otherwise I can bet my life that the same Dada can score 130 runs out of 129 balls 9 out of 10 innings against the same B'desh side. Still it is not too late, if Indian team put that "Fear" aside and play to his actual potential they can still reach in super 8 (and may be win the cup)!
